Moderator edit:Google Translate- Hello everyone,

Considering a pair of ERA 300’s for rear speakers surround speakers to replace 2x Sonos Ones in this open space room, the ceiling is vaulted from from to back too.  Also, have ARC, and dual subs already.  Anyone with experience in this kind of setup?  Thanks!

HiIs it possible to use Play:1 exclusively via 5G on mobile phone or do I need to have wifi set up?

I recently upgraded to the new iPhone 16 and since then my Sonos system won’t work. The system can’t be found on the network or it will find some of the speakers, not all and then they all disappear. I did all of the troubleshooting- reboot router, delete & reinstall app, reboot speakers, factory reset on all speakers and then spent over 3 hours troubleshooting with Sonos tech support and still no resolve. Suggested I have internet provider split out internet but confirmed through router app that everything is on the same network. What am I supposed to do to resolve? Extremely frustrated.

I have been using the Sonos 1 app for over ten years on my Android phones. I have been quite happy. Recently I selected Pandora (it's been authorized for years) on the Sonos App. A screen appeared instructing me to "reauthorize Pandora." I followed the instructions and was informed the account had been reauthorized. However, when I attempted to post Pandora I received the same message to reauthorize Pandora. Multiple attempts yeielded the same result.Steps. Taken:1.Removed the Pandora service from Sonos and attempted to add it again - same problem.2. Uninstalled and reinstalled Sonos on my phone and then tried to add the Pandora service - same problem.3. Checked my Pandora Premium account - no issues. Everything works fine when I use Pandora as a stand alone app.

Sonos playlist doesn’t show up to add music?

Dear All,I would like to connect my favourite mobile phone app for podcast with my Arc. Unfortunatley Arc does not support Bluetooth. Now my question.Could I add e.g. a Move 2 to my environment (Move 2 is capable for Bluetooth), so using Move 2 I can connect via Bluetooth and playing my podcast via Arc and Move 2?Does this work? BRStefan

I purchased some products from Dubai, and I want to use them. However, when I try to set them up in the app, I receive an error message saying, 'We couldn't link your Sonos Amp to your account.' What should I do? Please help

Hey It would be great if you could at 4/5/7 speakers to create a better surround experience rather than relying on the soundbar.

I see requests and non-committal responses regarding voice control for BBC sounds going back many months. Surely this is a central service for many users, in the UK at least. Is there any likelihood that Sonos will get round to supporting this in the foreseeable future?

The function to shuffle a selected playlist for an alarm is missing from the new app.  As a result, my alarm plays the same songs every day instead of playing different songs from my playlist.  Can this change be included in a future update please?

I just purchased a Sonos Beam Gen 2. I did but it used and noticed it was already setup to another system so I performed a factory reset and tried setting it up with my Sonos app. I got to where it says "Your Beam has been added, but may not appear in your System. If so, unplug the power cord and plug it back in to finish setup from System Settings." I've followed the steps and cannot seem to get it to work or show up in my app. The Beam does have a solid white status light on. My wifi situation is not ideal as I am in a college dorm with shared WiFi. The network is private and does not require a username, just a password.

,: Greetings, all. I am a guitarist who recently purchased a “TuneBoy” - A Portable Rechargeable 5W Mini Guitar & Bass Practice Amp with Clean/Distortion Channels & Bluetooth 5.0. I can pair it with my iPhone or iPad. But from there, I have no clue how to pair it with my Sonos system (Arc SL, two One SL’s). Just wondering if anyone knows how to pair a non-Sonos device like this mini-amplifier to one’s Sonos sound system. Any and all ideas and suggestions would be very welcome indeed.

Hi,I can’t find positioning anywhere with asymmetric room. Anyone knows best position? (arrows)

I can install the Bean 2 upside down with the Asia commands down.

I'm trying to decide the best placement for my Sonos Era 300 speakers, and I'd like your input. Here's my current setup: I have the Arc, Sub, and two Era 300 speakers replacing my previous Sonos One speakers for surround sound. The blue circles indicate where my current Sonos Ones are positioned. For the Era 300s, I'm considering the following placement options:1. Green circles: Slightly above ear level when seated on the couch.2. Red circles: Higher up, angled downward towards the couch.Which placement do you think would deliver the best sound experience?

Hello,I’m having some issues with my audio setup and am wondering if anybody’s able to support me. I’m not an expert but will explain the setup along with the issues I’m experiencing. Please let me know if more information is needed and I’ll answer.I use a Sonos 5.1 surround sound system (Beam gen 2 soundbar. My TV only has 1 HMRC ARC port. The Beam is connected to this.A non-ARC HDMI port on my TV is then connected to this splitter as the input. The below devices are connected to it as outputs. I can see what type of audio is being received and played on my system via the Sonos app:Apple TV (Dolby Digital 5.1)PS5 (Dolby Digital 5.1 )Nintendo Switch (Stereo PCM)Windows 11 PC (Stereo PCM)My main priority is fixing the Windows PC to output 5.1. But it would also be nice to fix this for the Nintendo Switch. I’ve installed the Dolby Access app for Windows and it said Configuration Failed. Under this it says I can go to Windows’ settings > Sound > Audio Output and change the Spatial So

Before the new app, I was able to listen to my home music library which was kept on a usb hard drive that was attached to a D-Link router. The music library is about 125 GB and consists of around 25,000 files (a mix of mp3 song files, as well as a few jpg for album art, plus each song had an .info file associated with it). Everything played well. I mostly avoided the debacle of the new app rollout as I disabled all software/firmware updates, but unfortunately a firmware update made it through anyway, so I had to update to the new app, rendering my music library unreachable; I believe the issue was the smbv1 was no longer supported with my router. So, I recently updated my router to a TP-Link that also had a usb port so I could continue using the external hard drive I had my music on. Long story short - I can only add a total of 20GB of my original music library. If I try to add the whole folder in one shot, it seems like it’s doing something for about 10 minutes, then I get an error say

I already have a pair of Ones with beam 2 and sub. My question is can I add a pair of era 100s to this set up or would I have to replace the ones with the era 100s

I’m thinking of buying 2 Ace headphones and i have 2 ultra soundbars at home. One in the basement and one in the living room. Will there be any interference of sound if both are on at the same time? Is this connection (ace to ultra) Wifi or bluetooth? Thanks

sonos amp dose not work with CUBY mesh system

Just wanted to confirmed if I were to have 4 ROAM 2 speakers connected on the same WIFI network that they could play the same music at the same time? We have clinic and would like to put one speaker in the main area and then one in each of our 3 treatment rooms and play the same music at the same time during business hours.

For the folks that have Sonos Era 100 and doesn’t have any wifi issues, may I ask what wifi mesh system you have? I currently have Netgear nighthawk mesh system and it could be that my mesh system is not compatible with my Era 100s and this is after trying different ways to get running. I also have the Era speakers on static ip which work for a bit till it doesn’t or every time I reboot my router.  Also, my older Sonos devices works fine under my current wifi system.

I have a Port connected to my Preamp, which is connected to my Amp, a Sub, and 2 speakers. I also have a turntable w/a Turntable Preamp, and a CD player. I currently use the Port as a streamer for the  majority of listening. The sound is good, but lately I find I want to adjust the tone of the music, as previously my integrated amp did that. What component(s) should I consider (besides tube rolling on my Preamp) for adjusting tone? Should I add another DAC? An equalizer of some kind? Forget about the Port? Any and all suggestions are welcome!
