Era 300 position

I'm trying to decide the best placement for my Sonos Era 300 speakers, and I'd like your input.

 

Here's my current setup:

 

I have the Arc, Sub, and two Era 300 speakers replacing my previous Sonos One speakers for surround sound.

 

The blue circles indicate where my current Sonos Ones are positioned.

For the Era 300s, I'm considering the following placement options:

1. Green circles: Slightly above ear level when seated on the couch.

2. Red circles: Higher up, angled downward towards the couch.

Which placement do you think would deliver the best sound experience?

Assuming the TV is directly in front of the Red circles; then that would be my option of choice following one of mounting options below. See the complete guide at the link.
