Era 100: Volume Slider Frequently Jumps to 0 Hey, folks.I just bought two Era 100s and set them up out of the box. The issue I’m having is that when I use the physical volume slider on one of the devices, the volume will frequently jump to 0.In other words, If I give it a good swipe, the volume will rise, suddenly jump to 0, and then continue rising to finish processing the swipe. For example, it might start at 17, go up to 39, suddenly jump to 0, and end on 6. It’s completely random when this happens; it’s not consistent in terms of volume or speed of swiping. If I keep swiping up, the volume gets up to anywhere between 10 and 60 before inevitably starting over from 0.Max volume is off, and I’ve also tried rebooting devices, wifi, and app. This behavior doesn’t happen on my paired Era 100; if I do the same, it rises as expected until it blows my ears out at 100.Any ideas on what the issue is?
