I have two MOVE speakers that I cannot pair... I have tried many times and they do not pair correctly. The Left one gets connected and disconnected continuously. Any help? Thanks a lot 

Are you saying that the pair keep separating and breaking the pair, or that one drops off the wifi link?


The pair breaks, the wifi is ok 


If you can set them up as a pair, and after a time the pair separates, I’d generate a diagnostics report a few minutes after an occurrence and contact Sonos support. 


How can I generate the diagnostic report?
