Just out of curiosity, is this the Cudy mesh system? What errors are you getting? How are you trying to connect? Which Cudy system do you have? Have you tried to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

Does it meet the Sonos requirements listed in the Support FAQ?

Search on wifi and it should be listed in the first few.
