Primary Sonos one was disconnected for a time.  Now cannot report or reboot it.  Help

It shows I’m signed in to my account but I cannot login as the system owner. It’s an endless loop, I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app, and done everything I can think of short of wiping the whole system and starting over. Help please.

I’m running Google Home, with both Nest Mini (2nd Gen) and Nest Hub (2nd Gen) devices, and a Sonos system comprised Sonos Ones and Sonos Fives.I have added “Works with Google” to the Google Home for Sonos, and set my Sonos speakers as the default speaker for each of my Google Home devices. This worked perfectly to allow me to play music from Spotify and control it using voice commands to Google. In the last few months, it’s stopped working. If I ask a Nest Mini (2nd Gen) device to play music, it works as expected, playing on Sonos as it always has.If I ask a Next Hub (2nd Gen) device to play music, Google responds and says it’s playing on Sonos, but nothing actually plays. If I start music playing on Sonos from my phone and then ask a Nest Hub what’s playing, it can tell me - so it’s as if Google can get information from Sonos, but not give it commands.I’ve tried Sonos support and didn’t resolve the issue. It had me factory reset the speakers, remove Sonos from Google Home and reset ever

Hi everyone,I'm struggling with a strange issue with my Sonos Connect (Gen 1, S1 app), and I’m hoping someone here might have insights. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I still get no sound output. Here’s what’s happening:Setup:Sonos Connect (90, Gen 1) running on Sonos S1 Connected via RCA output to a NAD amplifier Tried multiple cables and different input ports on the amp Amp works fine with other sources (e.g., CD player, phone via AUX) Also tested with a second Sonos Connect – same issueWhat I’ve Tried:Checked all volume settings – Set output to Variable, increased volume in the app Tested different outputs – Tried both RCA (analog) and digital (optical/coaxial) Tried a different amplifier – No sound through a second amp either Tested Line-In on Connect – It detects the input but still doesn’t output sound Grouped Connect with other Sonos devices – Other devices play audio, but Connect does not Restarted and power-cycled everything – No change Factory reset both Sonos Conn

I have different user profiles in my Amazon music account for different people in my household. I can access Amazon music through the Sonos app, but it doesn’t see the profiles in Amazon music. How do I fix this?I use the Android Sonos S2 app.

Why are my 300s coming on by themselves???????

A while ago I upgraded from Era 100’s to 300’s in my living room and I am now trying to swap an old Sonos speaker for one of the 100’s. It now says that I have a “Living Room 3” set up and that my “Office” no longer has something connected. How do I delete the 100 from whatever room it is trying to be in to reassign it to another room that used to have a different speaker assigned to it?

The volume slider keeps disappearing from the app.  The SONOS app is garbage, but the inability to control volume now makes the speakers GARBAGE too. Wednesday I switched internet providers.  WiFi in new router was configured the same as previous router, including same name and password.  SONOS speakers would not reconnect, even after cycling power.  Create a new WiFi network and follow instructions to use app to change network settings.  Only 1 of 3 speakers come back.  Nothing would bring those speakers back.  Following other threads on this forum, did factory reset on speaker.  App could finally find the speaker, but stated I could not use the speaker until firmware update.  WTF.  Updated.  App still said I needed to update firmware to use speaker, but also told me the firmware was up to date.  WTF.  Following another thread on the forum, cleared app data and cache… no help… and uninstall / reinstall app.  Both non-functional speakers request update.  Perfoem update and finally get

Es normal que mis sonos ace se escuche un sonido estático en el modo ambiente? Moderator Note: Google Translate- Is it normal for my sonos ace to hear a static sound in ambient mode?

In the iOS app, I would like to be able to add multiple podcast episodes at once to the play que. E.g. by clicking the three dots of a podcast show and choosing “Add to End of Queue”. Today, in the TuneIn or Sveriges Radio channels, it is not possible to add multiple/all episodes in one click to the que. Unlike songs/albums/playlists in the Spotify “channel”, you have to add each podcast episode manually, one by one. Very tedious. It is a mystery why this simple ”feature” has not been added yet. After all, the ability to play podcasts has been around for 10 years or so.In the desktop app it is easier to add multiple episodes though, than in the iOS app. Another podcast related problem is to add podcast episodes in chronological order (or simply reverse the play order of the que). Many podcasts is published with the newest episode at top. But in some cases, as with audio books published by free public radio, this is creates a problem, since you want to listen to the book podcast episodes

I have a sonos amp to tv with in ceiling speakers. All worked fine for a couple of years. Intermittent audio from tv for a mouth or so now no audio from tv but all fine streaming music just no tv audio. I’ve changed HDMIs over and still the same issue. Any ideas?

Something strange is going on with my Beam 2. First time since I have installed it 2 years ago. When playing stuff from YouTube sound volume is automatically going down or sound is completely muted. I did factory reset of my soundbar and still no change. Anyone experienced something similar?

I recently purchased a Beam 2 to use with an LG C4 and Roku 4K Express stick. No matter what I try, I can’t get the Roku to passthrough Dolby Atmos. The audio always registers as stereo PCM on the Sonos app. Atmos works just fine when I use the native apps on the TV. I have tried various audio settings on the Roku, but I keep getting stereo audio when I should be getting Atmos. Any suggestions?

Listening to records through Sonos Beam (Gen 2). My record player is connected to a preamp via RCA then to Port via RCA as well. Port is grouped with Beam in the app as Line In. It worked fine until about 2 months ago. The Port keeps cutting in and out. sometimes for a few seconds to a few minutes. There’s no rhyme or reason and basically renders listening to record pointless and is an irritating experience. All software is updated, I’ve unplugged and pugged several times. Audio delay is set to Max (2,000 ms). Everything is set up maybe within 3’ from my router. No idea why this started or how to fix it. Please help.

Is the controller ever going to get better and actually be in control? Had to leave radio on today for 4 hours when out because Sonos wouldn’t let me turn off, having tried for 20 mins before leaving. Regularly have songs stopped and switched but most infuriated about simply not being able to connect whilst having speakers playing in rooms I’m not in. C’mon Sonos - SORT IT OUT!

Is there an option to block others from messing with the volume of the sonos app?

I have a Sonos Beam Gen 2 and I wanted to buy some Play:3 for surround sound and to do Dolby Atmos but I don't know if it's possible...

I’ve got a set of two SONOS Era 100’s plus the Beam 2 soundbar but no TV. It all works fine, unless I want set my PC’s output sound to the SONOS groups which seems impossible at first glance as Beam 2 does not support BT. No cable connection possible. Any idea on how to set it up in a tricky way? When I remove Beam 2 from the group it all works flawlessly with pair of 100’s.My SONOS set up for this room is Beam + 2 surrounds.

I have a turntable with preamp connected to Sonos connect line in that is connected to my receiver via line out. Does the Sonos connect convert that signal to digital and back to analog or does it pass through as analog?

Is there another method to reboot Beam (Gen1) if the standard one of unplugging and waiting doesn’t work? I’ve done it several times and still not seeing the green flashing light. It’s solid white. Thanks!

Old story by now but here it is: in the Sonos app (latest) on iOS (v18) was (finally) able to add my MacOS Music library hosted on a Mac Mini. However, I noticed that a new album I had added to the Music library was not appearing in the Sonos app. The default setting, I believe, is to update the library every night. Clearly not happening. I tried to manually update the library (“scan for new content”) but that did not help. I deleted the library but the app became stuck on scanning even though I had deleted the library. So I deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app and it still showed that that it was scanning (which is weird as deleting an app on the iPhone removes all of its files; maybe the Sonos app is pulling some setting from the Sonos servers?). Anyway, after much force-quiting and restarting the iPhone the scanning stopped. Now I cannot add my Music library back. I keep getting the “access denied” message. Nothing has changed on the Mac Mini in terms of sharing, etc.. I verified t

I inherited a wall mounted Play 1 speaker, one Play 1 speaker, and I want to add one more speaker to create stereo sound, which sonos speaker should I buy that is compatible with the Play 1?

I have accidentally created my Era 300 as main speaker under ‘Your System”.  How can I move it to my Arc Ultra as surrounding speaker? Thank you.
