Hi Very similar to this thread:  If I use the iPhone app, search for “Easy Hits” and filter by Apple Music, I see a playlist called Easy Hits. The icon is a tea cup. All well and good.If I go to music.apple.com, search for “Easy Hits”, I see a playlist called Easy Hits. The icon is a tea cup. All well and good.If I use play.sonos.com and search for “Easy Hits” I see two folder icons, “Recently Added” and “Apple Music Playlists”. BOTH ARE EMPTY.If I use the legacy Windows app, I also get no results. EMPTY.So a total lack of consistency across the Sonos platform.I have “reauthorised”.        

After todays iOS update suddenly one of my SONOS Play 1 are unable to update.  I tried multiple times, same error. Disconnecting my entire SONOS system and resetting my home network, that didn’t help.  tried to downgrade the speaker to S1, but also here an error occurred.  Troels hardwiring it to the router, same issue.  Any good advice? I’m starting to think there is something wrong with the speaker, but I’m 99% sure it worked this morning before I updated the App. I know for a fact it worked last night. 

Hi, the Era 300s are coming soon and I think I'll connect them as Surround to my Beam 2 and the Sub mini. Only now I have the Era 100s as surround and I'd like to keep them in Stereo. I realized that I have to remove them and then pair them in stereo. And I think I also have to see as if they were in another room otherwise the Era 300s won't go into atmos. How do I do it all? Hello, Our power went out two days ago, and I’m not sure if it’s related, but I noticed yesterday that all of our previously created alarms were deleted from the Sonos app. I set a new one last night and it didn’t go off today. Looking in the Sonos app the alarm has been deleted.

I connected by Bluetooth Ace to our Sony smart TV.  Excellent sound no lip sync problem.  To get to iPad I shut Ace off, turn iPad blue tooth on and Ace back on to listen to music.  How can I get back to listen TV without going into TV settings?

I have the latest 16.4.4 versions on the Sonos components,the latest Android App , the latest IOS app  and the latest Windows App installed. Are you aware the compilation album fragmentation issue is still present on all of these and are Sonos working on it?  I am confused as some posts claim the issue is fixed yet many others state that the problem still exists. I’d like some clarity on whether Sonos acknowledge the issue and are working on it     

I have ITunes on a Windows PC. The iTunes Music folder has been happily linked to Sonos for years without a problem. I then decided I wanted to use OneDrive to back up my documents and music. Got that working but then I found that my Music Library content had disappeared from Sonos. On checking, I saw that Windows had changed the directory path on the PC from \User\music to \user\onedrive\music. I changed the share permissions on the \user\onedrive folder so that is shared with ‘Sonos Music WiFi System’ and was able to add the ‘new’ music library settings back into Sonos. However when I ‘Update Music Library’ it shows ‘indexing’ for just a few seconds but does not update any content. Any ideas?

I inherited a SONOS sound system when I bought my house. All was working until I swapped Internet Provider. I downloaded the latest Sonos app from Apple Store but cannot connect multiple speakers wirelessly. Would my Play 1 model speakers be incompatible with the app? Hey all … if I add a second sub to my current HT setup (Sonos Arc, Sub Gen 3, and (2) One SL’s as my surrounds) will the Sonos app detect the new sub and ask to “add” it to my existing HT setup?  Is it clean-and-easy?  Also, will I need to TruPlay my new system once that 2nd Sub has been added?  Thanks!

I've recently moved house and have a new broadband service.I cannot group the arc, sub and era 300's into 1 Living Room group. When I try to connect a speaker it creates new living rooms?? The sub also drops connection.The app is S2? Got the Arc connected to the tv with an HDMI in the arc2 port on the tv.I've factory reset all speakers (more than once😒) and deleted the app but nothing seems to work to get the speakers all working together. Dave

Hey everyone, I dont even know where to start so I’m just going to list the problem(s) I have, my network and system topology, any troubleshooting steps I’ve taken, and I’m hopeful someone can help. Or tell me it’s not just me. The problem + initial info:Specifically home theater setups (Family room: Arc+Play:1s+Sub (Gen1)) and Basement TV: Beam+Play:1s+SubMini) will show in the iOS app but will not be controllable. Expanding a bit: I cannot play music, change settings, enable night or speech enhancement modes, change volume, group, or otherwise do anything with the ‘room’ in the iOS app. The device is usually missing from the desktop macOS app. The speaker is fully controllable via Spotify, AirPlay2, the Sonos Web App, Home Assistant Sonos integration, and connected voice assistants. Sometimes the Desktop App will see the speaker and will be able to control the speaker but not the iOS app. The speaker is connected to my home network and to the same access point as other speakers in

Hello, dear community. Can I have two PLAY:3 serve as a front (and only) speakers for AMP? So I can stream music by AirPlay to PLAY:3 via AMP or connect turntable to AMP and PLAY:3 will be the only speakers to play the sound?In SONOS app I can see that I only can add sonos speakers as a surround, not front. Thanks.

Hello, if there is a thread that would help feel free to just direct me there..unless you want to read on and  specifically hear about what I am hoping to do ☺️.We recently bought an LG 27LQ600S-W for our kitchen and the sound is UNBEARABLY bad. So...I thought I would get either a SONOS One or Era 100 to send the audio to via BT. I was unsure if the BT connection would remain after turning the TV off. Good news is that it does but asks via a dialog if you want to connect to the Era when you power the TV back on. I would LOVE to have a direct “hardwire” connection to remove this extra step. TO BE 100% TRANSPARENT...I am trying to remove this extra step for my wife who doesn’t CARE about tech like I do and any extra step is ONE TOO MANY.So, I am wondering what the best way to “hardwire” the Era 100 to my TV’s TOSLINK or HDMI Arc output is.Would an HDMI to USB-C cable (https://www.amazon.com/Satechi-Aluminum-Type-C-HDMI-Cable/dp/B06XS788CK/ref=asc_df_B06XS788CK?mcid=a3f7709fc5ba3a5796a8f6

Hi,I have a couple of Gen 1 Play 5’s and a Play 1 that, even though I believe are now unsupported, work perfectly fine.  however I’m quite tempted to get myself an Arc soundbar but I’m unsure if it will all be compatible?  Would my Plays continue to work as is if I get an arc or would things start to act up?

Har SONOS installerat på ett gym.Har en spellista på 1300 låtar, och har väckning då gymmet öppnar osv.Men ändå kan SONOS lite närsomhelst sluta spela. Och man måste klicka PLAY igen.Kan någon förklara varför det händer och vad man kan göra åt det? 

It is still not working. Search is a disgrace … my local library is NEVER available on the dot. Always have to juggle/restart the app forever on my ipad and iphone to make it appear in universal search results. Before the new app it ALWAYS worked.Does Sonos think it is solved? 

I use the desktop app for Windows a lot and I notice that when I select different speakers to group, I often get an option pop up that says ERAplay. I tried Googling it and searching this forum but could not find out what ERAplay is. Any thoughts? Thanks Steve

Unbelievable.  I have 6 products from Sonos. It is asking me every week to reauthorize account . It is not possible to reauthorize from Android app. This problem is here for more that 8 months , what I can see from another posts. All posts were closed , and it ia not possible to wrote there. But this problem has not been solved !! I have latest SW on my products , and I have also latest android app. Are you going to do something ? 

I have albums where 2 or more tracks segue into each other. In iTunes they are separate songs but when Sonos imports them it imports as separate songs but also, separately, as groups. When played back I get the same songs twice. I can’t see how to stop Sonos doing this nor can I see how to just delete the rogue groups.

My Sonos Arc is now having some issues after 1 year of use and I’ve tried every suggested help article as well as some of the solutions provided in this community. The Arc software is up to date and so is the software for my TV as well as my Apple TV device. I have also submitted a diagnostic request: *********** I am experiencing 3 main issues, in order of frequent occurrence:The sound cuts out every hour or so for about 10 seconds. It just suddenly gets completely quiet and then the sound returns to normal after 10 seconds. This happens when I am watching anything on my Apple TV streaming device Every few days or so, there is a loud popping/cracking sound. This usually happens when the screen saver is on or something is paused. Basically when no actually movie or video is playing. The sound is loud, as if a speaker has blown out, and it lasts about 3-5 seconds When just streaming music via Spotify using the Arc (TV is not on at all), the music will just stop completely. I have to ask

Is there a simple, straightforward guide to adding Sonos to the HomeKit to automate playing music when you walk in the door? I’ve looked at the other topics and can’t find what I’m looking for. Each issue seems to be different. I have been using Alexa simply because I used to have an echo in each room when they first came out, before Sonos voice control. BF has convinced me to switch to HomeKit since we are apple for everything else.We set up an automation for coming home and Hue lights worked perfectly, but the Sonos have not been reliably turning on. I did get some music in the living room one day, but can’t get any others to do anything. Is there something in the Sonos app I need to update first? I see the speakers in HomeKit. I saw something about a Homebridge when I did a search online, but didn’t see anyone mention that here.
