Are you hale to use a headphone and sound bar at the same time. My wife and i have different volume tolerance. I would like to listen to a program thru the headphones and have her listen to it thru the sound bar. Is that possible

You can’t do so with Sonos Ace Headphones. But if your TV supports digital out and a headphones audio out at the same time you could do this with any cabled headphones (or via a bluetooth transmitter). If your tv doesn’t support this, there maybe additional hardware for such a usecase.

I don’t think anyone’s asked for this before now 😜

No, you can’t do it.

I have a newer Samsung tv. I use the sound bar thru the HDMI output. I dont think im able to output sound thru the bar and blue tooth at the same time

Part of that may be the nature of CEC, which is set up (not by Sonos) to allow a single audio sink at a time. I would expect that if you turned off CEC in your TV’s audio settings, the Bluetooth would start transmitting.
