Is there another method to reboot Beam (Gen1) if the standard one of unplugging and waiting doesn’t work? I’ve done it several times and still not seeing the green flashing light. It’s solid white. Thanks!

Are you asking about rebooting OR resetting to factory defaults?

Factory resetting should be used as a last resort, but if you need to reset the Beam, have a look here:

Why are you rebooting? A reboot normally ends with the steady white light.
