cant repower sonos one

Primary Sonos one was disconnected for a time.  Now cannot report or reboot it.  Help

What do you mean by ‘report’? It should just power up if you plug in the power cable. Depending on how long it’s been stored, it may be best if you also plug it in to the router with an Ethernet cable, in order to get it updated, but you can likely remove that cable once it is updated.

How long a time was it unused? Are you trying to update it? You may need to contact Sonos support for help getting it updated: if the jump from its  version to the current version is too big, you’ll need support’s help with “interim” updates.
