My CR200 has frozen during the most recent update. The blue update line is around 75% across the screen. Any suggestions?

I have received and configured the new BEAM and grouped it with two Sonos Ones with a Sony A1. The Beam is ethernet connected to the house network and ARC connected via HDMI to a Sony A1 TV. I also have a Sonos 1 in a separate group. Alexa is working on the Beam and L/R Sones Ones - answers questions - tells the time - controls Hue lights etc. However: Alexa - when requested to play music from Tune In / Amazon Music etc (all configured in the Sonos App) - acknowledge the request. "Play WSM Country in Tune In"... response... Playing WSM Country. "Play Freedom 90 by the Bellas"...response... Playing Freedom 90 by the Bellas etc etc. But - NO Music - no Internet Radio. ** The Alexa App is unable to discover any new devices. ** I also have a Sonos 1 - called PATIO - when summoned from another Echo device "Play LBC radio from Global Player on Patio".. response ... I have had a playbase for 6 months working absolutely fine with a 7 year old Samsung, blue ray player and Apple TV. I have updated to an LG B7 OLED, Sony 4K blue ray player and a Apple TV 4K, however the playbase is really quiet and I am getting inconsistent performance. It seems to me like when it is receiving a 5.1 signal it is only playing the centre channel, I say this as it is outputting background and action sound, but dialogue is very quiet and I cannot hear it. If I switch the source to Stereo it seems to resolve the issue, but I cannot change the 4K player to a stereo signal. If you can provide any advice that would be great, as I’m gutted it’s not working!

Hi, I have received the new beam and is now connected to the TV, Samsung 6 series, and all works great. The issue starts after turning the TV off. Come back a couple of hours later, turn TV on and no sound. TV knows it’s still connected to external device, but the beam has decided to turn off its source input. I have to open the app again and select TV. This is a bit of a pain especially for visitors who don’t have the app on their phone. Is there a way to maintain the selected source on the beam. Since purchasing the Apple TV 4k, I get about 1/2 second audio dropout once every three songs or so and during shows or movies. I don’t have this issue if I am streaming to the PLAYBAR from my iOS device from the Sonos app, but just when watching something or playing music directly from the new Apple TV. However, if I listen to audio from the Apple TV with Bluetooth headphones, there are no audio dropouts. Any help is appreciated!

My zone player 90 has not been updated in many years (house rented out for 6 years and I don't think tenant used it). My sonos app on my phone can connect to it and then checks for updates.....and hangs. I can't get further than this. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, I have tried updating from another device. I have switched it off and back on again but no luck so far. Can anyone help??

I'm still debugging this but wondered if anyone else has come across it. My Beam is all installed via WiFi and I'm very happy with it. However I thought I'd hard wire it to my network as I have fixed connections to most of the permanently connected devices. Unfortunately (tried 4 times now) when I connect a network cable after a few seconds all my home network dies. Symptoms from another PC is that I can no longer ping the gateway (192.168.0.1) any more. Unplug the Beam and it recovers. Network is Virgin Media SuperHub -> TP-Link T2600G switch -> devices. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks - David

Hi, I’m currently living in a houseshare. I have a Sonos one and my housemate has also bought a one. We’re having an issue with two Sonos accounts on one WiFi network. My app has automatically signed into his account and it’s trying to add my speaker to his account. Is it possible to have two separate Sonos accounts on the same network?

Hi, I just installed my Sonos one last night. Got all the skills, apps setup. Go to ask Alexa to play a song from Amazon Music, she replies saying 'playing (artist name) from Amazon Music' then nothing happens. Anyone else having these problems or know a solution? Thanks!

I have 6 devices that I have currently connected (using HDMI) to an Yamaha receiver with 5.1 wired speakers, and sending the video to my TV. How can I get rid of the Yamaha receiver and connect the 6 devices to Sonos, still being able to select wich device I want to hear end see?

Got my beam yesterday , and easy to set up , all working including Alexa .....or so I thought !!!! There are a lot of features and settings not available on Alexa with the Beam , I can't change sound settings , and other settings , also when trying to make a call using Alexa on the beam it says it is not supported on this device , Have I done something wrong in set up , or is this a cut down version of Alexa ?

Hi we just got a dot and we are trying to link it to our Sonos play1, I am getting an error at the songs login each time. When I start to add the Skill I login to the Amazon side, it then takes me to the Sonos login. when I login to that I get this error Add your Sonos speakers to your account You need to link speakers to r******@********.co.uk before you can add this skill. Go to More > Settings > Sonos Account in the Sonos app to link your speakers. (If you don't see Sonos Account, your Sonos system needs an update.) Sign in with a different account I've fixed the problem The Sonos is up to date (done today) and I can see the device in the Sonos account and manage it through the website and phone app so I don't see why it thinks I need to add a device. I have tried this on my phone and via the Alexa website, using two different browsers I can't get past this, can anyone help? Cheers Tom

I’m sure this has been asked, but I couldn’t find an answer to this. I previous was living in a place with my own internet, modem and router. I just moved and the unit I’m moving to shares internet with the unit upstairs where the WiFi router is, so now have no wired options available to me. I need to update my play de, Sonos 5 and two sonos 1’s to the new internet via WiFi. Is this possible? If so how do I do it?

Hi, Is it possible to connect the audio from my fire tv stick to my sonos via an echo dot? Seems like we're close but I have not figured it out. What I can do: 1. I can push the sound from fire stick to echo dot. 2. I can instruct echo dot to play music (Pandora, spotify etc.) on my sonos Now is there a way to daisy chain all this together?
