I’m currently waiting for my Arc, Sub3 and One SLs to come in. But also thinking about getting the Amp or port to listen to vinyl as well. Maybe a dumb question, but say I have my Arc, Sub, and One SLs in my family room and my turntable downstairs plugged into an Amp or Port. Can I connect via wi-fi and listen to my turntable through Arc/Sub setup upstairs?

Good Day,I have a large Sonos system with one sub already paired with a Play 5.  I do not have, nor want, any of the Sonos playbars as I have a nice wired surround sound system.  My question is, can I pair a second sub to another set of Sonos Fives in the same system?  So in other words, I am looking to get the deep bass on both sides of a large room.  I would be pairing the second sub with another set of speakers in the same overall house.  Any help would be very much appreciated.  Thank  you..

I use Spotify between several devices. Usually, I can switch it seamlessly between my Sonos, TV, phone and computer. However, a few days ago, I can no longer connect it to the Sonos. It appears in my “Connect to a Device” list, but will not actually connect.I’ve updated its firmware and tried unplugging it several times, but nothing seems to work.Any fixes or advice? Thanks!Keith

Are there any known issues with Move and WiFi mesh networks, in my case Plume Networks? I have been having issues connecting my Apple devices using AirPlay 2 to my Sonos Move, but only when I move it.  I can connect without any issues when the Move is at it’s base.  Ie it is connected to its typical WiFi pod, and that WiFi pod happens to be Ethernet connected to my router.  However, when I move the Move into another room I can always see the Move listed on my Apple devices as a speaker that I can AirPlay to, but it typically, but not always, fails to connect.  Also, sometimes, when it is playing music away from its base, after using it for a while it disconnects and I’m unable to connect it again. As a note I have tried multiple devices, iPhones (XS and 11) an an iPad, all on the latest O/S.   Also, I am NOT using SonosNet, ie everything is connected to the same WiFi network, none of the Sonos devices are connected to Ethernet. I have confirmed that I always have solid WiFi signal stre

Hi everyone,Posting here to see if anyone has run into this issue themselves, because it is one of the more peculiar issues I’ve run into. Spotify works fine on Sonos except for two use cases that I have identified.Spotify runs into the “An error occurred while adding songs to the queue (701)” error when trying to play songs specifically from the “Your Library > Liked Songs” section, however I believe this is probably due to the fact that I have a lot of songs saved on Spotify and Sonos might not be able to handle a queue import of a certain length. So I tested this theory by going to a joke Spotify playlist I made a few years back (https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3g6qK5QC298x5YnVk3Kebn?si=g9lm_npFRh-OOPxA-hRrdA) which just has 10,000 copies of George Michael’s seminal Christmas hit ‘Last Christmas’, and I ran into exactly the same issue “An error occurred while adding songs to the queue (701)”.Is there an internal queue limit that Sonos uses? Have other people encountered this pro

When I open my Sonos app all my radio stations and browse info has disappeared. There is just a white screen. The setting info is still there. My phone is an apple 7 and I have being using the Play one successfully for a few years without any problems. I can control the Play 1 with my wife’ phone / Sonos app. I have deleted the app and replaced it with no joy. Any ideas?

Hello everyone,I am losing my patience now with this, no matter what I watch via HDMI, every 5-7mins or at least 15 times a movie the sound output switches to the TV from the Sonos Beam/One SL Setup. Everything worked fine for 1 month then this issue started. Beam is connected via HDMI into the HDMI ARC port.I have:-checked all cables, same issu-updated everything Sonos gear and tv to latest firmware, same issue-i did reset all gear both Sonos and Phillips and started from scratch, same issue.-tried different HDMI ARC port, same issue I don’t know what else to do?

I have recently upgraded my Connect:Amp to a new Amp. I have it connected to a pair of B&W CM1S2 speakers.I have noticed that a very low volume white noise is coming from the speakers when there is no music playing on the Amp. The white noise is there at all times, not only just after stopping the music.I did not have this issue with my Connect:Amp. The speakers where completely silent when no music was playing.Does anyone else had this problem or should I suspect that the Amp has a defect?I had no luck with Sonos danish support

Hi,I just got the Beam, Sub and (2) One SL I have a Samsung Series6 6300 TV and had to connect via optical audio. HDMI wouldn’t work.I’ve tried to connect my apple tv remote to control the volume on the beam and have used my TV remote as a new remote for the apple tv and have read my apple tv remote is supposed to control the beam but it’s not working. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my apple tv remote to control the volume?

I have a Play 5 Gen 1 and eligible for trade up, I would like to know is the trade up promo code good for 1 new product only or entire order? Because I want to expand my Sonos system, I plan to get the Arc, one Play 5 Gen 3 (to replace my old Play 5 Gen 1), one Move, and another pair of One Gen 2. Thanks.

HejJeg har købt en Synology NAS 720 med system 7.2 Det understøtter ikke den gamle fildeling som Sonos bruger - Sonos er vist på 1. generation og  NAS og Microsoft har lukket den for længest. Hvad gør man så ?

Hello, I’ve bought 2 one sl to be added as surround speakers to Beam. I’ve configured them as stand-alone and they worked wellI’ve tried also stereo speakers, no issuethe issue was when I’ve configured them as surround speakers through the app. The configuration fails and the speakers went both stuck. The only thing I can do is to reset them and try to configure them again…. same issue  I’ve tried also to keep them near the beam  all devices are connected to Wi-Fi to the same access point any suggestion? the diagnostic number is 1995632990thanks

If I turn on the radio on my sonas beam and then turn it off ,it doesn't automatically go back to playing the TV audio.Any ideas where I'm going wrong

Hi all,I’ve recently activated the 30% discount to replace an old ZP80, ZP100 and Play:5. I’m ready to upgrade my system to S2, but this required removal of some other components from my system, which I can do without but might choose to upgrade later.  Will these components remain visible on my account and, therefore, be ‘upgradable’ in future should the offer still exist? Thanks in advance for your help.

My setup is two 5.1 systems and three additional Play 1s. I use a Boost, wired to my router. Everything works as it should. I wonder if I can connect to the internet via the LAN port on the back of my Playbar. This might be a stronger connection for the smart TV in a room where the wifi is not as strong as the rest of the house

I have a play bar connected to two play ones in one room and a play 3 in another room. The play 3 is connected to a WiFi router. What the easiest way to connect a turntable to my system and what would I need.

I have a Samsung UE55MU7000 TV and have just purchased an Arc, Sub and 2x SL1’s.  I can get Dolby Digital + output when I check on my system app but even with output on Disney + app which is supposed to be Atmos I still only get DD+.  Is it the TV blocking the Atmos ?

Hi Guys. So, I have a beam directly wired to LAN. Is it required to have Wifi ENABLED on the Beam in order to get this to pair to Play:1s for surround?  I’ve been messing around and when I disable Wifi on the beam (the play:1’s are wireless) I can’t seem to get them to work.  When I enable the wifi, the surround setup in the S2 app seems to fail, but then after it fails it kicks in and starts working as surrounds.  Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

How can I add my Crosley Cruiser Deluxe Turntable via Bluetooth or RCA Out to my Sonos Playbar, Sub & Sonos Ones?

Hello, the line-in on my Connect (Gen 2 I think?) does not work any more. I tried restarting the device, I tried about half a dozen different cables with three different connected devices, nothing will make the Connect realize there’s something… connected. Not sure when it stopped working, I don’t use the line-in that often, but it certainly still worked a few weeks ago.According to the app everything is up-to-date.Any ideas? Dirk

Hi, if anyone has any suggestions to my problem I would be most grateful. I have spent literally around 10 hours over the last week trying to sort this out with Sonos and Vodafone. I am struggling to add my play:1 to my WiFi network. When I add the product it asks to connect to a temp Sonos network which I do so that means my existing network doesn’t show. I manually enter name and password and Sonos says unable to connect? I have a beam and a one which have both connected fine. I have had new broadband and had my settings changed accordingly however my device was fine on the network until the last week. I am at a loss? I have resorts factory across all my products and added them again but this play:1 is causing me the problem. Sonos recognises the device but just will not connect to my network which is 2.4 and 5ghz. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks :-)

Alexa on my Beam will turn my Sony TV KD-43XH8196 on / off, adjust volume etc but won't select the Prime Video app to play a show from. I've disabled / re-enabled skills in Alexa app, cleared Alexa off Sonus etc to no avail.Any ssuggestions  would be great

HiI’d like to connect a CD player to my Sonos ecosystem.  I have one Play 5, two Play 3, and two Play 1.  I already have a turntable plugged into the Play 5 as a line in.  I’ve seen other suggestions that I should rip all of my CDs as the solution, but I don’t want to do that.  I actually like the CD disc format and related cases with cover art.  Is there any way the Play 5 can share both the turntable and CD player with some sort of “line in splitter” or do I need something else for just the CD player - for example a Connect or something else?  I think I read Connect may be discontinued(?), but did it ever work for this purpose? Thanks.

When playing Sirius XM stations using the S2 controller the current song is not displaying correctly. Is this a Sirius or Sonos issue? Seems to have started after I upgraded to the S2 controller.  Anyone else running into this?

We are looking to set up a system in an office environment.  We will be providing ceiling speakers in individual offices, and connecting each office to a Port device.  Those Port devices will be controlled by a multichannel amplifier.  The individual users will have control of their speaker through the Sonos app over wifi.  Is there a way to only allow the users access to their Port/speaker, and no others?
