Hello,I have Sonos S1 running on my laptop with Windows 11.Sonos S1 finds my existing system but can’t connect to it: Also Sonos S1 is running on my Android smartphone w/o any issue.What should I do?Thx in advance for your help. 

While the bass levels when listening to streamed music are just fine, when I listen to a music DVD the Sub booms unpleasantly. When I go to the Sonos App to adjust the volume of the Sub, I don’t seem to be able to adjust it. The slider is not visible. The Sub is paired with an Arc and doesn’t show up separately in the App so I only seem to be able to adjust the overall volume of both. What am I missing?

hi there. I need a definitive answer from the Sonos community, as this will dictate whether or not I spend the money for the Sonos arc ultra and associated speakers. I possess a lot of Blu-ray discs, which some of them only have the English audio track in DTS audio. I have been getting differing answers on this, so I would like to know if The arc ultra does in fact support DTS/X audio? Thank you!

I have a few sonos 5 and sonos 1 and a bridge. I use the bridge to connect to an amplifier to play through standalone speakers but this bit isnt working. Music plays through all the other speakers but not the amp. How can i find out where the problem is

Hello, We are using Era 300 in a salon. We are trying to connect the youtube music using microsoft edge. We used the extension to connect the sonos controller and the youtube music. We did download the sonos controller on the window and also mobile phone. We want to use the window desktop rather than mobile phone. We kept on trying to connect but it says error. We do not want to restart everything and set up everything again. Is there any other way we can fix this?

Today one of my ERA 100 speakers disappeared from the app and became non-responsive to touch controls (definitely enabled as I used the volume controls yesterday). Bluetooth button also non-responsive.I’ve power cycled numerous times. Doesn’t work. Still non-responsive and still missing from the app (which I closed and reopened). I’ve followed the instructions for a factory reset and attempted numerous times. Hello,I have been using an Android tablet for the past few months, and its Now Playing screen displayed in fullscreen mode.Last week, I purchased an iPad mini 7, and I was surprised to find that its Now Playing screen was centered and not fullscreen.For those who, like myself, prefer to see the album artwork prominently, I would appreciate the option to view the Now Playing screen in fullscreen mode, similar to the Android app.I have attached a photograph showing the current, smaller size of the artwork.Have a nice day. 

My ARC stopped working with my Sony Bravia 940D75 but works trough optical connection. Spent hours with Sonos tech and had Best Buy tech out and they said it may be mother Board in 3 yr old Bravia. Has anyone had a motherboard issue happen 

Hi all,Is there any body have similar question which I mentioned on the topic?I got one Arc Ultra in the US and 2 ERA300 bought in Japan.Before the APP updated in the recent day, the connection between ultra and ERAs are OK (still not stable and don’t know why) but I cannot figure out the issue after the update after APP version 80.16.32-.So the problem resulted from the update of APP or anything else ?Hope can know the hint then figure out this issue soon.  

Hello,I would like to know if there is a way to add a radio station based on its streaming URL, without using TuneIn or any other 3rd party app ? Hi.  I am running two 16.1 systems in different homes - one was cloned from the other several years ago as Sonos had no other way to copy Playlists.  I now want to move a couple of speakers from one home to the other.   I havent upgraded anything, and the comments on the new App continue to tell me that is the right decision for me - Music Library, Playlists, ...and without a roll back plan when I discover the new system wont work with my currently fully functioning wireless I never will…..   So now to the question.If i take these speakers (a PLay 3 and a Play One), that are running identical software, and using my 16.1 app on the Android that is now dedicated to Sonos, will it allow me to add them, or will I get the ‘you need to do a system upgrade”.   Is there any genius out there that has either done this, or knows what might work.  I sadly suspect the moderators will respond with a party line telling me that the new app is great, but nope, not until there is a roll back option.   (

Upgraded the Sonos Controller for Mac to the latest version. I’m running Sequoia 15.4.1. When I try to access my system, the Controller says it can’t find it and something about firewall. I’m not running a firewall (double checked that). I can control my Sonos system with my mobile app just fine. Any ideas

Trying to add NAS ip address using sonos app on Android phone. When I get to add address, keyboard on phone doesn't appear. I've try resetting and using other device (android tablet) but have been unsuccessful. 

Hey folks, I would love if everyone checked their Era 100s and 300s and see whether the back and forward buttons take a more deliberate (longer or harder) press than compared to the play/pause and volume slider buttons.It seems to be less sensitive and I need to press it multiple times to get it to register a touch? Today was the fifth time in the past several months when our Sonos system randomly started playing music. This typically happens sometime between 4:15 PM central time and around 9 PM central time. initially, it was Amazon prime music that was automatically playing. So we deleted the service. Today the service was Sonos Radio. Which we never listen to. As we only listen to Pandora radio. We cannot find any posting on the Support website how to stop this sudden and somewhat alarming event to occur. Can someone please help?

I have a projector with an ARC HDMI output at the back of my theater room. I have an ARC ultra in the front of the room by the screen. I’d like to route the HDMI along the ceiling totaling maybe 35-40 feet. Is there any HDMI cable  that can handle this distance? What kind of cable? I have a 50’ HDMI from walmart that skips audio about every 30 seconds for a split second each time, When I moved the ARC ultra so I could plug in with the HDMI provided with the ARC ultra, the skipping was fixed, so I do think it’s the HDMI issue as opposed to wifi or some other problem.   

Apple officially released Spatial Audio support to third parties for airplay 2. Does the Sonos team have a plan to implement this feature and if so what is the rough timeline for this? I love the sound of Spatial Audio on my pair of era 300s but don’t enjoy having to use the app to do so. I’m prepared to take them back and wait until this feature works with airplay 2. I don’t want to have to though, so a fast follow for this feature would be a high priority for me. 

Recently I'm planning to buy a nas to stream my music library with my Sonos system. Is it gonna be possible with the Ugreen DXP2800? I'm not planning to buy a plex premium account, I just would like to use the nas as a streaming media center. Do you think it's gonna work flawless? Thanks

When trying to install Google assistant on my new sonos arc I select the installation but after selecting open assistant the spinning wheel just keeps going. Try again comes up but Judy the same thing happens  I am so over all the issue with sonos. Very disappointing 

Over the last few days, when I have tried to play music, a message pops up on the app, saying that it’s unable to play music because the account is being used at another location.I have never had my speakers out of the house. My wife is the only other person using the app that is connected to my speakers. There have been no changes to speakers. No changes to Wi-Fi. No changes to the YouTubeMusic account which I stream most of my music from.  What do I need to do to be able to listen to music again?I can still listen to YouTube music on other devices, so I can’t believe the problem is with YouTube.

I have a Play Bar, play 1 surround sound and gen 2 sub connected on wifi, using Apple TV and Sony TV on Dolby 5.1. Since the app incident, my sub has simply stopped any output. I can see it’s connected to the Play Bar in the system but there’s no bass, vibration, sound. I’ve spent time chatting with Sonos and sent all my diagnostics, but to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue?
