Hi! Just upgraded my Playbar to an Arc Ultra. I already have 2 Play 1’s and Sub 2. Will I be able to to add these to the Ultra without compromising the sound quality? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Era-100s if you want to just replace the Play 1s, the Era-300 if you want ATMOS for the surrounds.

Unfortunately, the Play:1s are not compatible surrounds for use with the Arc Ultra.

You can’t add the Play:1 as surrounds with the Arc Ultra using the Sonos app. You may be able to add them using a 3rd party app.

The Sub gen2 can be used with Arc Ultra.

Thank you. After a reset I have managed to connect my Sub 2 as you mentioned.
