So I have been trouble shooting this issue since the first week of November 2022.I have had my setup since June 2022, with no issues until the first week of November.I have an ARC sound bad, gen3 Sub and 2 One SL that I use as surrounds. They area all bonded to the arc in the living room. I have gone through multiple trouble shooting sessions via chat and on the phone as well.The issue: There is an audio delay from the One SL surrounds whenever I am watching TV or streaming audio. The audio from the TV to the Arc is perfect, there is a delay coming from the surrounds only. Whenever I start a session, the audio is in sync for the first 10 or so minutes, and then the delay becomes noticeable. When I change the source, or when I turn off the surrounds and turn them back on immediately in the app, they are in sync again, until 10 or so minutes the delay becomes noticeable. Arc volume is not working with cable (spectrum) remote while listening to music only (tv off)

Hi,A couple of days ago I bought a Sub Mini to pair with my Arc that I have had for a few month. After I had connected the Sub I noticed the white led started flashing on the Arc a few times every minute. Sometimes just one flash, other times two or three flash. It´s just random, not like every 10 sec or so.It took me some time to figure out that it’s happening when the Arc is receiving PCM audio. When playing Dolby or disconnecting the Sub in the app the flashing stops.So for for example if I set my Xbox Series X to Uncompressed 5.1 or Uncompressed 7.1 the led are flashing. If I set it to Dolby Digital or Dolby Atmos it´s not flashing.And on my Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 it´s flashing if the audio source is PCM if I´m not using Dolby audio processing option in the Shield settings, If I´m using Dolby audio processing the Sonos app will report Dolby digital plus 2.0 instead of PCM 2.0.The Sub works as it should (I think) when using PCM but the flashing is annoying :)The led option is off in

I have a Beam v1 and two One SL’s in surround set up. Recently, the sound has been regularly cutting out on the One SL’s but still plays on the Beam. I’ll try to describe what happens.The sound cuts out from the One SL’s, and there’s a split-second loss of sound from the Beam. After a few seconds there’s another split-second loss of sound from the Beam, and then the One SL sound returns about one second later. This can happen a couple of times per minute, or not happen for several minutes. I’ve tried unplugging them all and also the wi-fi router but haven’t noticed any difference. Any ideas?

I have an Arc, Sub and 2 One SL’s for rear speakers. I listen to music using my Apple TV 4th Gen and the Apple Music app. I do not get sound from the rear speakers. However, if I listen to music using the Sonos app on my iPhone I get sound from the rear speakers. Any suggestions.

Sonos app failed to connect to any components my Sonos System (Two Beams - Gen 2  & 1 Move).Followed diagnostic instructions to turn off all 3 speakers, but one of the Beams did not re-connect.  One Beam successfully connected, as did the Move.Best Buy - Geek Squad is returning tomorrow morning to troubleshoot this latest connection failure.I’m beginning to think that this Sonos purchase was a very bad idea.  I cannot trust it to work properly, it has been unstable and not dependable. Every time I open the app, I’m fearful something else will go wrong. Not a very healthy way to live!

I have an Arc+Sub and Roam. The Arc+Sub keeps disconnecting from my app - for example, when I leave home and return. The Roam reconnects, but the Arc+Sub don’t. Every. Single. Time.Some suggestions on here include unplugging the routers … but I cannot do that every time, surely?Any help, please?I go into Settings, and click on “Add Product”, but my it does not find my system. It just keeps searching (see pic below), but does not find anything. Am I doing anything wrong? This is fairly recent behavior, and hugely frustrating. I’ve signed out and back in, I’ve reset the app, nothing seems to work.  

Hi everybody, I actually have 2 Symfonisk (gen 2).I plan to replace my TV soundbar with a Sonos Beam (gen 2) + Sonos Sub MiniI would like to know if it possible to make 2 separate listening profile like this :The 2 Symfonisk + Sub Mini to listen to music Sonos Beam + Sub Mini to listen and watch to the TV? In other words, is it possible to share the Sub Mini in 2 separate configuration? Everything is in the same room next to each other.  Thank you very much for your help Regards Olivier   

Hey AllI`m considering purchasing a Sonos Amp,Currently i have this arrangement..Currently have a soundbar with wireless sub.I`d like to get a Sonos Amp and Ray soundbar see if i can loose my old soundbar and wireless sub for a wired sub i have.Then have the amp connected to PlayStation 5 and TV, not sure best way to connect the PS5.There are two in wall hdmi cables running to the back of the tv.Also considering future adding a projector and screen which not ideal would be on another wall but am quite happy to just use bookcase speakers and the sub for sound.Just wanted to see if a) this is possible with the Sonos Amp and also b) connecting PS5&Soundbar.Thanks in advance

My playbase suddenly stopped working after 5 years. I had it connected to my wifi, and via optical to the TV. I can find it with my phone, but unable to connect. I have tried to reset it to factory settings, but still have the same issue. Image below shows a message «check nettwork connection».  

This is a recent issue.  We have a Playbar connected to an older Sony XBR-65850C via optical out.  We also have a Sub and two Play1s configured for surround sound. When watching tournaments on the Golf Channel, we cannot hear the announcers.  We can hear background noise - fans, players talking, etc. - through the Playbar.  I feel like this used to come through the Play1s. Commercial audio is fine. Tournament audio on network channels like CBS and NBC are fine.  If we cast from mobile app or laptop to the Sony, the audio is fine.Ideas?

Equipment available at Client Site - JIO Router, DLink Switch and Ruckus Access Point.  error shows check your internet connecting and try again but other system works fine.Client doesn’t have additional ethernet wiring so can’t connect Sonos ARC to ethernet.  Need help If i get set setting inbetween JIO Router, D Link switch and Ruckus (R350) access Point.  urgent support Required. 

My Sonos Beam, Gen 2, sounds crackled and static when playing TV and when using music streaming apps.  What’s the problem?

Helloi have an arc, sup and 2 one sl in my TV room. But I can not get them all to connect together? I want to use the 2 sl for back speakers.  when I connect the sub to sl then it disconnects to the arc. When I connect the arc to the sub the sl disconnect from the sub.hope to get some help 😊  

Hi!I have a Beam (1st generation) connected to my Samsung tv using ARC. The Sonos app says that it is outputting Dolby Digital 5.1 but I’m not sure if this is the correct format. Since I am only using the Beam and have not connected any surround speakers, shouldn’t this be in some other stereo format?  I just want to get the best sound from my speaker :)Thanks!Chris

Hi all, we have a decent sized basement that is going to be pretty open plan. It’s pretty much an L Shape, and the plan is for one side of the L to be a home gym/workout area, the other side a TV/sofas area, and in the “corner” of the L is a bar. You’d be able to stand at the bar and look straight ahead at the TV, or look to your right and  see the gym area.for the TV set up i would plan on soundbar, sub and surrounds. Initial thought is that surrounds would be positioned focused on the sofa. However if we ever hosted a party (think super bowl or otherwise) or whatever we would expect people to be sitting at the bar or perched behind the sofas. Even home alone id probably like to be able to sit at the bar and have the tv on. So i am also not sure what to do about speaker placement. Would adding an extra “zone” for the bar (and then grouping with the TV) do the job in bringing the tv sound to the bar area? Or will this distort, cause echo, etc? I have an older Samsung TV without an optical port or HDMI earc or arc.  I have a brand new apple TV 4k,  What is the best way to hook this up to get the best sound?  Do I hook up Apple TV to HDMI on TV and then run a HDMI from TV to Apple TV?  Neither of my HDMI ports are arc

I have Sonos Playbase from 2017. Can I add Sub gen3 to it? Are they compatible to each other?

I placed the gun 3 sub behind my couch but there is only about a foot between the couch and the wall.  is there enough space for the sub to function properly?

My Sonos Arc keeps losing connectivity/sync with my Sony Bravia Oled tv, it is connected with the eArc hdmi. I have to keep unplugging power and hdmi and then reconnecting power and hdmi to get the Sony to play sound through the audio system. Otherwise the Sony message says audio system is unavailable and switches back to tv speakers, sometimes the Sony shows the audio system to be connected but I get no sound, sometimes the Sony shows the audio system to be connected and I get sound but cannot control volume with the remote, I basically have to reset the Sonos Arc by unplugging it before every use to get everything to sync. I want the audio system to connect automatically every time without having to reset the Sonos Arc force for every use. I have a friend with the same systems and he has the same issues. Any ideas on how to correct this problem?

Hi all. So I was finally able to isolate the issue and recreate. Currently have a Sonos beam connected via arc to my LG TV. Everything works and sounds great……until I set a reminder on my echo show which announces on several other echo devices AND my Sonos Beam through my tv. What happens is, once the reminder is communicated through my Beam, the volume on my Sonos Beam is altered (significantly lowered) and my 100% volume is not very loud at all. Normally I can’t hardly stand next to it at 100% volume but after this reminder I can crank it to 100% no problem. sIm struggling to figure out if this is a Sonos, Alexa, or TV issue?  Only when I unplug the tv, beam, and fire stick will the audio revert back? Any ideas? ThanksRick 

Hi.  I have a LG B7 OLED with a Beam gen 1 and two Sonos Ones for surround. It works great with my other consoles, but not the Switch. I have looked up different solutions on these forums, but the suggested settings doesn’t apply to my TV, I think. I’m not sure. Most of the answers corresponds to a LG C3.If someone has any experience with this kind of setup, I would really appreciate the help. It’s got eArc and such.  Thank you! 

Good Evening, I recently purchased a Sonos Arc Surround Set from you guys and I am looking for some installation advice in order to get the best possible experience for my configuration.  I will be pairing the Surround Set with an LG OLED 65" C1 (1449 W x 830 H x 47 D). I plan to wall mount the TV above my wall unit. I understand that it is recommended to have 4-5 inches (10-12.5 cm) between the Arc and the bottom of the TV. The height of my TV unit is 50 cm from the floor.  Viewing Distance: 270cm (2.7M)Eye Level: 106-107 cm (Industry standard 42").Ceiling: standard 2.4m By my calculations, for optimal viewing, the bottom edge of the TV should be 66.21cm from the floor if the tilt angle is 0 (so a fixed position mount).  If I were to mount the TV here, I would not have sufficient room between the top of my TV unit (50cm) and the TV to leave the required 4" that Sonos recommend.  It is recommended that speakers should be mounted at ear level or just below which again raises the TV even
