Hi when we plugged in my play bar makes a noise

I would recommend reaching out to our support team to discuss this issue with them as depending on what type of noise that the Sonos Playbar is making, it may be something they can fix.
They may ask for a video recording of the noise as well, so I’d suggest having one ready you can send to them.
