Beautiful, sturdy headphones. The case is excellent. They're intuitive to use and have excellent sound quality, even for an inexperienced ear like mine. The only thing I'm not so thrilled with right now is that the earcups make me sweat over time and cause some problems when wearing glasses: the earcups press hard, causing the arms to shift into an unnatural position and making it difficult to put my glasses back in place.I haven't tried other headphones from the same family yet to see if I'd have the same problem with competing headphones. So I can say I'm very happy with my purchase: they're just a stone's throw away from excellence.
I have a Sonos system set up separate from my hi-fi system. I would like to stream my vinyls over my Sonos. I will buy the amp ( or port) but I was wanting to stream over the new Ace head set as well. Does the Ace connect to the Amp or Port. Is there a away to listen to my re ords on the new Ace. Or do I have to continually wait for a fully integrated headphones ( that we have been promissed)Thanks
Subject: Simultaneous playback via Sonos Ace and Arc – critical missing feature Dear Sonos team,I’m a long-time Sonos user and recently bought the Sonos Ace. The sound quality is impressive, but I’m genuinely disappointed that it’s still not possible to play TV audio simultaneously through the Sonos Arc and the Sonos Ace.This is a real-world use case:I’d like to use the headphones, while my partner listens through the Arc.It’s a basic expectation for a high-end ecosystem like Sonos — not an exotic feature request. This limitation clearly isn’t hardware-related but a software design choice. Competing systems (Samsung, LG, etc.) already support “dual audio” output over Bluetooth and HDMI simultaneously.I strongly urge you to prioritize this feature in upcoming updates.“TV Audio Swap” is nice, but it’s not enough — users want to share the listening experience, not constantly hand off control.Kind regards,Marijn A loyal Sonos customer who wants to keep investing — if the ecosystem evolves w
I have the Sonos Ace and I’m enjoying it at home, but I’d like to take it to work. Work does not let me use bluetooth, and the usb c to 3.5 audio cable that came in the box is too short for my needs. I have a 3.5 female port to usb-c cable. (Specifically this one.) And I have an audio jack to audio jack cable. (Specifically this one.) But I cannot get them to play audio through the Sonos ace in this configuration. The Sonos Ace is fully updated. Do I need to buy yet more cables?

I’m using the Sonos Ace with my MacBook Air over USB-C while listening on Apple Music, and I’ve noticed something weird. When I take the headphones off, the music keeps playing, but when I put them back on, the music stops. Is that supposed to happen? It doesn’t do this on my iPhone 16 Pro or iPad Pro with the same USB-C cable. The wear detection is working normal with bluetooth.
Hi. I have a constant problem connecting the sonos ace to the sonos beam gen 2. The headphones connect only once, after a complete restart of both devices and then never again. I don't know what to do, the app keeps writing me an error and asks me if I have both products turned on, even though the app itself clearly sees that both are on and connected. On its own, everything works without any problems, just connecting the headphones to the soundbar using the volume control button or the app constantly reports an error. Thank you for the adviceHi. Would be nice to add this as you could adjust multiple frequencies. I think this is essential if you compare it to other products, like Bose and Sony
I've connected my sonos ace to both my phone and my TV. But I can't manage to switch and get the sound from the tv.
Has anyone else out there experienced issues with broken/jammed zipper on their Ace headphones case ???My case has the zipper broken and I have repeatedly contacted Sonos who have promised a replacement but are yet to supply. I have written many times and reply is very limited which has been frustrating.Very disappointing from a premium supplierDoes anyone know of a product that you can buy as to replace this case?
I have Ace headphones that I’d like to connect via TV audio swap to my Klipsch RSB-11 soundbar. The TV is an LG 65-inch Im a little confused as to how, if possible, I can connect the headphones to the soundbar
Hallo guys I want ur advice!!Whats ur best eq 4 ace?? Anything is good plz tell me. More info: I like deep one.thx very much
I want to make it sure. When I am listening to audio in 7.1ch surround, Sony 360 Reality Audio or Dolby Atmos with Head Tracking on, the sound behind me doesn’t come in front of me turning my head or whole body back. Does it really call head tracking? It’s not I was expected and despaired for. I want to experience a surrounding audio system in my headsets like when I move my head, every settled sound of music fixed in the air. I think that’s special audio really is.
My Ace is paired successfully to my iPhone. Both devices (headphones and phone) and the Sonos app are up to date. When I make a call on the phone, it automatically uses the Ace for headphones and microphone. However, when I receive a call, I have to manually select the Ace from the audio options from the phone app every time I get a call. Am I the only one with this issue? Surely the use case is that if the Ace is paired to the phone and they are on my head, then it will automatically act as the default option for sound on an incoming call??? Like, why would I want to take the headphones off to answer the call!?!?!If there is a fix for this issue, please let me know! Thanks!!!
Hi, I am having an issue with my Sonos Ace when listening to some music - very distinctly happens in the right ear (extremely subtle) but there is definitely some buzzing/distortion. Anyone think that there could be a hardware issue? I tried turning off ANC, and also plugged the headphones in as well and the issue still persists.
New. Adjusted. Updated. Compared to my Bose QC35 ll and Bose buds, sound disappointing. Fuzzy, compressed, poor base. Android phone. Sonos Arc.
hi all,i bought my Sonos ace a couple of weeks ago, and update with the new firmware.when i used it with my phone or laptop via bluetooth the sound is realy pretty good, but unfortunately via swap tv is realy "meh " ... even with true cinema enabled ... volume is too low at 60% ( wich is the base volume setting when you swap to the tv ) and i need to turn up the volume at 90% to ear something "acceptable" to my ears .. and no, i'm not deaf.i tried to reset my Ace twice and update also all my speakers system to the last firmware version ( beam gen1, sub gen3, 2x one SL ) and also my ace with the latest fiirmware but nothing changed. 😞 what should i do?
Every time I connect my headphones via bluetooth for a call on Google Meet the mic either just doesn’t work or my input audio cuts in and out for the first 5 minutes of the call. All the output audio is fine. I’ve checked both the settings in Google Meet and the system settings and everything looks fine. When I connect via USB it works fine. It’s very frustrating. Any ideas?
Will the case ever be available to purchase online? Seems really weird that we pay a premium for these headphones and yet there’s no option to purchase the case? I travel for work weekly to various cities and countries, and this is the second time I’ve left the case on a plane. I know it’s my fault. I have no problem purchasing a new case, but I can’t as they aren’t being sold. I did contact customer support, haven’t had a response to my latest email which I sent last week. Can anyone please recommend a case which fits the headphones but also isn’t breaking the bank, as I will undoubtedly leave it on a plane again in the future! (sorry for the typo in the title)
Can not get app to recognise my sonos ace headphones
When using TV Swap with the Ace on both the Arc and & Arc Ultra the Ace constantly cuts out every 1-2 minutes for 5-20 seconds.Have reset and update both the Arc and Arc Ultra. When trying each Arc, the Ace headphones were factory reset and added as new device to the Sonos app, then set to a specific Arc for TV Swap.Got the Ace yesterday and thought they would be seamless and easy given I have (x7) Amps, (x4) Arcs, (x3) Subs, Arc Ultra, Beam and (x2) Move 2.
Is anyone else finding that you can triple press the control on your Soons Ace to go back to start of song when your using Apple Music but not Pandora?I have a similar situation when running from inside Sonos the Pandora app, I get this "no rewind”but if I start Pandora on my phone and "cast”out to my speakers, then I can rewind.I am still having compatability issues with this new app (year+ old) and my system, TV, etc (11 pieces and now headphones.) In the end of this squirrel behavior of subjects… I cannot get to my Sonos library on with Ace, so cannot test backwards. Pandora is not working, Apple music is working… Appreciate other's music apps and if or if they are not "rewinding”on a triple press. Thanks
Im considering adding the Sonos noise cancelling headphones to my setup - mostly for me to listen to music but there are times when I want to watch TV and my wife doesnt want to listen !Can the headphones be used just in noise cancelling mode ? So no music - just nice and quiet ?
Parametric eq is essentiel for an high end headphones in the market and would let a lot more choice for customers....Ldac support would be a great choice since aptx lossless is supported by 10 devices in the whole world, whereas ldac is a lot more common....
Hi, just bought the Sonos Ace today.when i wear them, even when shutdown or started, the left ear is doing like a crack noise everytime I move my head. This is very disturbing, is there something wrong I’m doing ? thanks
