Received SONY headphones for Xmas. I am unable to connect to my SONOS system. Please tell me there is a way to connect.

You need a Sonos Port, either wired to a headphone amplifier or a Bluetooth transmitter.

To put it bluntly…
Sonos does not transmit audio to 3rd party devices via Bluetooth. Sonos only receives audio transmitted via a Bluetooth source like a cell phone or tablet.
