Noticed that when using tv audio swap the Dolby Atmos music is compressed greatly. Will there be an update to maybe like; uncompress it I guess

Hi @kashgalore, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear that Dolby Atmos music on your Sonos Ace doesn’t sound like you’d expect.

For listening to Dolby Atmos music, we’d recommend pairing the Ace directly with the source rather than using the TV audio swap feature. Just so I have all the details: are you playing through a TV app then audio swapping to your Ace; what’s the music source? Also, what format does the Sonos app say on the now playing screen once you have used the audio swap feature?

As a test, I’d recommend playing a movie if using audio swap or pairing the Ace directly to the device streaming music, then listening to see if the audio still seems compressed and letting me know if it does.
