Hello all,I have 4 Sonos devices. A Ray, 2 one’s first gen, and a move. The ray is connect to the tv and works great. The Sonos move has no problems and the 2 one’s connect well as a stereo pair. However when i try to connect the two one’s to the ray as surrounded sound it all falls apart. They will connect just fine and then they both disconnect and say not connected. After this happens they won’t play sound at all and won’t re connect without a factory rest where I can make them a stereo again. I am in an apartment with Whitesky WiFi. I think I might need a travel router but I don’t get why everything else works up until I pair them as surrounds so I wonder if it is something else. 

I'm trying to connect my sonos one sl and sonos beam and I continue to have the same issue with both. I get to the end and it tells me it's having trouble updating the device. I am also getting error code 1064 and error code 1106. Thanks for any assistance

I have reset my speaker multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still gives me a update error and wont let me connect my speaker to my app.

We just purchased the Sonos Ray soundbar, during setup and update, we are getting error code 1014 through the cell phone and error code 30 with the laptop.  I got cut off during chat and sending diagnostics and then lost my live chat.  I’ve rebooted the Ray, router, 5 times.  It hooked up by ethernet cable to the router which is right next to the speaker at the moment.  We have the eero Pro 6E mesh system.  How do I get this to go through so we can use the speaker?  about to return it and get a different product.We sent in diagnostics twice now.

Hi.  First post, due to the frustration of dealing with the new app (yeah, join the back of the queue, I know).Recent issue: when searching for an artist, the app finds it from my Deezer account, but if I try to select Top Tracks, Discography, etc, I get the really helpful ‘Something went wrong’.Deezer is linked as a service. Any suggestions?

What is the difference between the Sub and Sub Gen3

I have a couple of devices I want to give my daughter for her new house - a Play:3 and Play:1. Is this sufficient for a system or do I need a controller such as a port?

How do I rename rooms I’m reading my system after getting a new router the speakers are appearing as unnamed room I am selecting to change to hallway but doesn’t seem to let me save. 

Since I updated Sonos software I have a totally unstable system…tech support told me it was router issue. I spent the time and money to install a new mesh network and this has not helped. Speakers cut in and out of service, streaming starts and stops and app volume controls and speaker selection doesn’t usually work.Even with a hard wired Ethernet the system can’t be counted on.Anyone know if these issues are going to be fixed soon? Old software version was very stable.

I have two Roam speakers and want to play the same music through both. This should be an easy process (click on the multi-room/system icon, select both speakers, click apply, and voila) but since a recent app update all I get is "can't connect, please try later" This happens whether I start with one speaker or the other. I've hard rebooted both speakers. Still no joy. Any ideas?

Hello! I using many music services on Sonos, use new app on android, desktop app for windows and SonoPad on old ipad.I have an issue with Deezer in new app only. I cant load main page of this service it show error. But searching, playing deezer playlists from sonos favorites works great. Its starts few days ago.Thank you

PLEASE HELP MEam i wrong or is something seriously wrong here? I can not access my music on sonos. I try to add my music library folder and get an error. im searching in the community and am thoroughly confused it seems that the feature is gone? theres a lot of talk about NAS which i dont understand and on simple google search leads me to more devices to buy in order listen to my music?It did work before and doesnt now I feel like im being ripped off or im missing something simple.I have music library that I can not add to the sonos platform. how do i do this.

Since the old Sonos app has been replaced with the new/current app, I only have access to Youtube Music‘s catalogue in Ireland despite being located in Switzerland. Why is it no longer possible to access local content??? I have been using Youtube Music with Sonos for lots of local/regional content which is not available in Irish catalogue. 

Whenever I try to group my roam room (which has only one speaker) to another room (I have two others: one with a play1 and one with two play5s and a sub), I get an error in the iOS app that it can’t connect. Grouping my other two rooms together works no problem.  I can play music on the roam alone so connection to wifi isn’t the issue.  I also haven’t been able to get through to Sonos support in a while so if anyone has suggestions for that too, let me know. 

Sonos allways workt perfectly on my deco mesh network.works percectly on my wifes iphone and every where elseworks perfectly on my spotify app on my iphoneBut ! Cant find anything on the sonos app cant connect or anything but just on my iphonejust bought an new iphone 15.Updated everything on my network and turned of the 5gzh networkinstalled the app new againshould i just wait for better times and hope it will work again soon 😂

Since  the big app updates of these past once, i have a problem with my Beam gen1 and my two one SL.I can’t see the 3 devices at the same time in my system on the app, and thus i can’t add the one SL as surround for the beam. If the three devices are plugged in, i can’t see the Beam in my app. If i unplug one of the SL , the beam comes back. I’ve updated everything to the lastest firmware. The app is up to date (july 3rd update). I have try starting from 0. factory reset the 3 devices, clear all the data in the app and start from scratch but each time i have the same result: as soon as i add the 3rd device to the system, regardless of the order, one of them disappear.After each update of the app i though this would be solved so i try again to set it all up but i always end up in the same place.Needless to say that until a couple month ago, it all worked perfecly fine. any idea what do do ? 

Good news - I've been unable to unbrick my system with the latest app update and a factory reset. Bad news - my main music source Apple Music is still completely broken. It's not possible to unlink and relink the service in the app. Any idea when this will be fixed? Or any other Apple Music users found a workaround?  Thanks! 

O e mi th later the app is in no better shape, my system does not work properly and no response from Sonos. Over 15k in equipment that doesn’t sync.  pls pls go back to the old version u til you trouble shoot new. k

Does anyone know when Sonos plan to bring back the ability to edit WiFi settings on products like the Sonos Amp? (this feature disappeared when they released the v2 app upgrade)According to release notes, a WiFi configuration feature was re-added in June, but that was only for BLE devices; I have a Sonos Amp which is one of many Sonos products that isn't included. Right now I have a $1000 paperweight that's unusable because I can't connect to my WiFi :( Any suggestions welcome! 

What a terrible ‘upgrade’. Sonos, not only is it an awful app upgrade, it doesn’t even know it’s awful… it just keeps me in a spin trying to reauthorize Apple Music.Guys, you have seriously dropped the ball. Just look at your comments.Whoever did the upgrade, whoever did the testing, Take them outside and lock the doors.I really expected better from Sonos.So, the question remains, I’ve upgraded, how on earth do i get Apple Music to play? Spoiler alert, I’ve tried reauthorising many times.

I have a stereo pair of Play:5 gen2 that I cannot add a minisub to it.  Is it supported?According to this link, it should be supported: https://support.sonos.com/en-au/article/sonos-products-that-support-sub-miniIt does not specify if in stereo pair mode is supported.The Sub mini pairs with 300, Five and One speakers with no problem.

Hello everyone , The problem I have a sub gen 3, and  the L Shape rubber feet have gone missing? Ive only moved it for cleaning purposes but just noticed only one of the rubber L shaped  feet is left on, Can anyone help me please? The sub comes with them of course built in I thought but obviously they are just rubber stickers and they have dropped off and I had no idea and I cant find them, only one remains? Is this normal?I assumed the sub would be one fixed part with fixed feet and not flimsy stuck on feet at this price point? What do you guys think? Should I make a template and use a normal furniture floor foam pad? Or can I buy them anywhere? A few of my searches revealed that other customers contacted Sonos by email and got sent the round pads free, but they sit on the side of the unit when laying horizontally. I only have the CEO address from the APP? Obviously that gets ignored! And the phone is a few hours wait or I can speak with a Bot? Does anyone know the contact email for r
