Hello,i, like many others, am having trouble with the new Sonos app:Difficulty switching back to TV audio after using AirPlay for Apple Music Significantly lower TV volume after switching back from AirPlay/Apple MusicNever had an issue with the old Sonos app. It was much easier to use.Curious if anyone else is having the same issues as I am, and how to fix them.Thanks.

I have Sonos speakers at home and at work on separate networks. Can both networks use the same app login?

I have had my Sonos move for years. Love it!Well, today I ran into an issue that it is connected to my phone via Bluetooth or through the app and it would not play any sound. The volume is on high on my phone like before and nothing. I believe I have updated the firmware as well and still nothing. Disconnected it and reconnected it. Nothing. I am at a loss. This new Sonos app is absolutely terrible no one like it on our home.  slow reacting.  Difficult to know at glance how to control speakers.  want to lower volume and pick constantly wrong room.  what a disaster.  no intuitive at all.  Huge step back.  

In the old app, I could manually switch inputs. For example, say I am watching TV like normal (which is my HDMI input). But while the TV is still on, I'd like Sonos to play something on Pandora.In the old app, it was straight forward to switch inputs. I cannot find this in the new app. Is this feature gone, hidden, or will it come back in an app update?

Bought used play 3 and tried setting it up on my existing Sonos system. I tried doing the factory reset as the speaker could not be found. Factory reset, unplug for 10 seconds, hold play pause button, plug back in would not get pas flashing amber light. So tried hard line into ethernet (direct to router) and again won’t get past the flashing amber...thoughts?

Hi there, when I connect the arc soundbar to the tv hdmi arc port the remote control volume control is lost. I can only change volume via Sonas app or voice control but would rather use the remote control - has anyone else had this problem - I can’t locate remote setup on the app! Thanks 

In the new Sonos app:I can’t search for an unread book on Storytel. It’s always “no result”. Every book I turn on (Storytel) starts from the beginning.Can I change the setting somewhere so it will continue from where I am in the book or is this a bug? I can’t access the function “categories” on Storytel.Is there a setting for this? (I had no problem with any of this functions in the old app)

I thought it was downloading as it says "updating music library, please wait" It's been about three hours now and i suspect something is not right. I have somewhere around 1100 songs.

Wedding welcome party on. outside terrace for 90 people.  Want to mix move speakers with other speakers for good sound.  May all have to be portable - no outside electricity??How do I set this up - Hotel terrace. I do have a hot spot on my phone.  What usic source do you recommend?

Hi Everyone,Beam Gen2 connected to Sony TV X90J eARC.I’ve had a Beam gen2 for a while now and all has been good, until recently.  About 3 weeks ago strange things started to happen.  Green (mute) light would come on | TV could not find the Beam and started to use TV Speakers | Volume would go to zero by itselfAll of the above was fixed by turning power OFF/ON on the various devices, changing TV settings etc. and eventually it worked until next time.I don’t use the Sonos app on my Android Phone, but do start it up every month or so to check for updates.What’s going on?TIA

When I start streaming music from the Apple Music app (iOS 17.5.1) to my Sonos Move, the Apple Music app initially controls the playback. However, after a few songs, the Sonos App (version 80.04.04) takes over control. This transition causes the Apple Music app to lose track of the current playback status, making it appear as if nothing is playing. I then have to switch to the Sonos app to control the music.I prefer to use the Apple Music app for playback, so this issue is very frustrating. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

I can find some of my products on the new app but not all. I’ve tried to add them but the app tells me to log out and log back in as the system owner. I am the system owner.  I’ve tried to call but the wait time is 90 minutes. Why were all these flaw not eliminated prior to the app being released?

Sub keeps dropping from the system. Shows connected to the Arc (steady white light) but no base coming from it. We’ve rest it multiple times, removed & re-added the sub, reset while directly connected to the Ethernet, etc.- sometimes it connects and sometimes, like now, it says it’s connected but no sound coming from the sub

Using the new app, I can’t see any queue at all.

I've been tearing my hair out with my Sonos system for what feels like an eternity. My Playbar randomly disconnects multiple times during every song, like it’s on some sort of mission to drive me insane. After finally deciding to investigate, I found numerous discussions like this one:  Apparently, people have been battling this issue for years, and Sonos is supposedly "investigating" it.Does anyone have any idea what’s going on with this so-called investigation?P.S. I mustered all my patience and spent over 3 hours with a Sonos agent, performing an endless series of ridiculous tests and sending diagnostics, all for nothing. At this point, I feel like I should be awarded an honorary tech support degree!Thanks (I think...),Carles

I have a group of speakers that clearly is on the network since it is playing my playlist - but it doesnt show up in the app ? It use to be there.Two other speakers are shown correctly in the app.

Music is only playing from recently played. Searching for an artist and selecting an album to play just sits spinning. Apple music is the service I use. Have tried my Pixel 6, iPad air, and iPhone 12. Music plays on all devices directly though Apple music. Playing the album in Apple music then using airplay works for some music, but not others. Ideas? 

I have bought a sonos arc to my philips oled tv and Apple TV 4k. And every day I have to restart my Apple TV to get picture on my tv. I get error message from my tv, “this picture format cannot be displayed on the tv”. Sometimes no picture at all, only sound. And sometimes I get a “hdcp error message saying to replace my hdmi cable since it doesn’t support hdcp”. This happens both with my Apple TV 4k and my Arris tv box. and everything worked fine before I connected the Sonos Arc. if I restart my Apple TV and/or the tv box everything works fine again. I’ve tried disconnecting everything and reconnect. But same problem the next day. 

Can't use app unless I update… but failed to update for more than 30 times , I have tried to use ipad iphone andriod phone to update my sonos one but never work out. All I got is error 1002,error 30,error 1014 try again . why the heck is the system force to update, pain in the ass.

Since the new App. installed I can't keep the 'Recently Played' or 'Sonos Favourites' content on the home screen. Sometimes the details are shown upon first opening, but disappear within seconds. This is on Android devices, up to date, so it seems to be App related. Any suggestions?
