My Airplay on my Arc was giving problems (I was having to reboot it every time to show up in Airplay), so I figured I’d do the update.  BAD MOVE.Now, I cannot connect my Surrounds (two Ones) or my Sub to the Arc anymore.  They did not appear at all in the app.Did a full factory reset on everything Chose the Forget system in the app Detected, Added the Arc, chose a brand new room name Detects the Ones and added them to the room went through the setup/audio chime added them as surrounds to the Arc was prompted to select the left surround as chiming appeared in the System Settings as RoomID 2, RoomID 3 (The Arc is labeled as “RoomID”) However, they both show as “Not Connected” and “We were unable to custom tune your RoomID. The new sonos android app version has a few major issues:Sonos does not display album art. Returning issue. Happened a few times before. Search function does not display Music Library tracks. Missing scroll bar (power scroll) in list display (artist, album, etc.) . It takes ages to swipe from ABC to ZZ-top. My library lists 10797 artists. Playlist cannot be cleared due to missing button.The windows app still works as it should, even after today’s update. The android app lacks functionality. It's clear that it's released without a proper beta test. What's the best solution? Roll back to an older version?

Allof my components are S1 running on S1 system except a Move.  I upgraded my S1 play5 pair to the new s2 5s and nothing works together now.

sonos app crashes as soon as I login to my sonos account. It has been working well for 3 years, and suddenly it started crashing. The same happens on my wife's phone. We bothe have android phones.

This may have been answered elsewhere but I can’t seem to find it. My problem is when we turn on the TV all the sonos speakers go on and the sound is weird because it’s coming from other rooms and creates almost an echo sound. I have to go into my sonos app and deactivate the other speakers to let us hear just the playbar.  Then later when I want to listen to music I have to go into the Sonos app and reactivate the other speakers.  It’s cumbersome - I’m sure there’s another way.  What I’d really like is for the playbar to activate when the tv is on and only the playbar.  The other sonos speakers should activiate separately when I want to listen to music.  How do I separate them?

Hey all,My current home theater is powered by a receiver with an Apple TV 4K/Nintendo Switch/PS5/my current speakers outputting via HDMI to my television.  I’ve connected my Arc/dual 300s/ sub and they can play Sonos Radio and my connected music services fine, but I can’t get the television/receiver audio to play through the Sonos speakers. I have the receiver into an HDMI port on the television, and the Arc plugged into the HDMI ARC port on the TV. I’ve also set the television to output audio via the HDMI ARC port, but no dice.  Am I forgetting something obvious? Thanks in advance!

Sonos have neglected to include an alarm function in the app update as of 9th May 2024. very disappointed. Also a number of music services have been affected. I am sure this is an oversight - but with no communication from Sonos or announcement, it does not build confidence. Also - to cut off older systems and speakers is terribly bad form. Hopefully the Sonos event on the 14th will have everything resolved? Can we get some reassurance from Sonos customer service please?

How to remove two ERA 100’s as the surround speakers and change them with two ERA 300’s?  Currently I am getting an error message- and I am unable to remove the ERA 100’s as the surround speakers?!My ARC/ system is up 2 date.

I was an evangelist for this brand, and I have to go back to everyone and tell them to stay far, far away.The new app sucks.  The sonos compatibility with just about everything sucks.  Things that WERE working will just stop, malfunction and never work again.For whatever reason, my Airplay now requires me to unplug the arc before it’ll even see it at all.  Every time.Random audio dropouts happen that didn’t happen when I bought the product, or I would’ve returned it.Since using the new app and installing the Arc update, the Sub and Surrounds cannot be found.  About to do factory reset on everything.The only reason I got this Arc/Sub/Surrounds that it was easy to use and set up.  Well, it’s only problems from here on out.  Stay far away.

How do I connect Sonos model PLAY:5 to my iPhone 15 Pro Max

I have an audio device plugged in to the line in port on my Era 100. How can I change the autoplay settings for this line in source? The Sonos support pages say that this setting should be available for all line in devices, but I’m not seeing it in the settings for the device it’s plugged into. I’m wondering if this was something that is no longer available on the updated app?

Would Australian Sonos speakers including  Play1, 3, 5, Playbar & Sub be able to be used in the US if power adapters for the US are acquired?

Where in the jumble of S2 menu items is there a section to Add a Music Library.? There's a new menu item to Add a Headphone (???) but nothing to add a NAS. BAMBOOZLED - BAFFLED - and BEWILDERED

I bought Sonos Arc, connected it, installed the App. I configure it, everything goes fine, error 1101 appears - it cannot update the device, I try again, it can't be done again, it says it adds a new system, but it doesn't add it and I don't have any device on the list, I reset the device, router, etc., nothing helps

I have a big open plan living space with a TV in the corner, and a great Sonos audio set up for music.The Sonos system is 2xOne’s set up as a stereo pair, linked to a Mini Sub.  And in addition there’s a separate Sonos One on the other side of the room just putting out a mono signal.  When I play music through this set up (which is in essence 2 Sonos systems linked together), it sounds fantastic and the sound covers the entire room, where ever you are. Love it.  I could upgrade the 2nd system to a stereo at some point, but frankly it all sounds great already. Now the TV sound is crappy, I know that.  I was watching the Glastonbury coverage the other day and the TV wasn’t up to scratch for music.  So I had a ridiculous set-up whereby I played the video on the TV with the BBC iPlayer app (volume turned down), and then used my phone to stream the audio through the Sonos system, again using the BBC iPlayer App.  Obviously, this is a silly way of doing things and the video & audio were

ERA 100 is connected in stereo + GEN3 sub.Today I updated the Sonos App (Android) and I noticed that the subwoofer is much quieter than before. Regardless of whether I'm listening to music or watching movies on 5.1 Netflix. I boosted the sub to +10db but that just doesn't work well.ERA 100 and ARC work well.I uninstalled the whole configuration and reinstalled it, but nothing changed.It seems that the problem is in the SONOS 2 upgrade!

I would like to know  if or when the Headphones will operate together with my good old playbar. Thx

Hi, as mentioned in the title, I currently have a problem connecting my WD nas (My Book World Edition II) to the Sonos app. First of all I would like to say that in the past my nas connected correctly to Sonos and I have never done an update of the fimware or settings of the nas. After an update of the Sonos application the shared music library has disappeared from the application and I can no longer reconnect the nas. However, I have searched the nas settings to see if there are any problems with smb1 support but I cannot find anything about it. All I can say is that before the update everything worked and the nas configuration was not changed. As a side info, I can correctly connect to the nas from my Windows10 system. Thank you in advance
