Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

My favorite use for Sonos is the automatic playlist alarms that come on for the morning, dinner time, and various moments throughout our week. I’ve noticed these no longer work. I am getting the gist that this is a bug in the new app. Has anyone found a solution such as rebooting the system or wiping it clean and starting fresh? Thanks!

I’ve subscribed to Greatest Hits Premium so pay the £3.99 a month to receive it ad-free.  This works fine on our standalone speaker but I can’t seem to get the station in ‘premium ad free’ when connecting through my Sonos. Thoughts, help?

I have 3 Sonos products and have my own wifi with an Amplifi mesh setup.  Worst issue is the iOS app but that’s another story. A find is trying to get their new Roam 2 set up and my son has a Move 2 that we got him.  SAME PROBLEM WITH BOTH. Once the devices get properly set up with the wifi, the app still doesn’t find a device e. I had both devices set up immediately to my Amplifi with no problem. That says to be the common issue is XB7 and Xfinity. Can anyone provide similar instances that they were able to solve?  Thanks, Tom

I want to connect a existing Sub to the system but the app keeps crashing. Even after a reset from the Sub.

Before the iOS app update I could make my era100 go back to Bluetooth as a source for my turntable.  That seems to be gone now.  Anyone know how to do this with out touching the Bluetooth button on the speaker?

I can’t add songs to the end of the queue anymore (since the update).I’m not sure what is happening, but the very basic “add to queue” functionality no longer appears. Is this intentional? If so, FIX IT IMMEDIATELY!What is wrong with you? Try beta testing things before release them, because this app is total s*** now.

Are there any plans to allow again the ability to add songs to an existing playlist? For example when playing from Apple Music or Tidal via Sonos app, I can no longer add to an existing playlist to either music service. If this does not come back, I have pretty much no reason to use the app any longer. Please update!

Sonos.. Honestly the service you provide is awful at the moment (the app).Since the recent update nothing works properly.(I play music through Amazon on my sonus)-extremely laggy (more than before the update), just bad!- playing music sometimes just won't work ("something went wrong") 😠- and the thing I find most annoying, is that I can't play a playlist, I have to now (not even clicking on a song works, have to "replace que") play one song, then select another, and so on. I have office space in a serviced building. I have no access or ability to change anything about the network / WiFi access. My 2 Era 100s suddenly stopped working after been fine for 3 months. The building’s IT staff say Sonos BDUP traffic triggers security on the network and is shut out and so cannot connect and are invisible to Sonos app. Is there ANYTHING I can do? Currently looking at switching to another platform.

I use to be avle to adjust volume on the playbase via the buttons on the top but now dont seem to be working. Does anyone know how to fix this?Thanks 

When I use the app and want to load a music Library from my NAS the page is limited and so it’s not possible to see al the songs in the Library.its limited by 100 numbers. Is it possible to expand this to unlimited.?

I have a Sonos Era 300. Sometimes the volume will increase at the end of the song, but it's random. I have toggled "loudness" both on and off. The music is playing from Amazon. It's not every song and the volume increase varies in loudness. Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be? 

I’m having issues getting Airplay 2 audio to work with my stereo paired Sonos One speakers. YouTube works reliably, but other apps do not work even after setting the Audio Format option to Change Format On and New Format “Stereo”. I’ve also tried the 5.1 setting but get the same behavior. Weirdly, I’m able to get the speakers working if I wear my AirPods Pro, connect them to the Apple TV, and then change the audio to the Sonos speakers. (To confirm I left the room with the AirPods in to avoid a perception issue). In this situation, I hear the Apple TV navigation sounds in my AirPods, but the content audio on the speakers. Looking for help on additional troubleshooting steps to try. The Apple TV is on the same WiFi as the speakers, I’ve tried this with the speakers paired and unpaired. Thanks!

Music shortly turns off after starting song on Play5

I’ve had one SONOS Amp running two 8 ohm speakers for years with no issue.I just purchased a second Amp so I could run another pair of 8 ohm speakers to a different area of my back yard. I connected everything today, and the new amp will play for about 10 seconds then I will hear a loud pop. The amp then flashed white and either orange or red (hard for me to tell the difference).I tried connecting my old Amp to the new speakers and it works fine. I connected the new Amp to the existing speakers and had the same pop.I’ve tried different variations between the different sets of speakers and the new Amp keeps popping.What else can I check? Is this new Amp bad?Thanks -Ron

What can I do to get the app to recognise my play 1 again after the rubbish app update.Also I can no longer use my sonos over a wifi connection Any help greatly appreciated 

Sonos customer service is one of the worst I have experience. I don't know what has cause the decline .I have had issues 6 weeks with my sonos amp and outdoor architectural speakers.Anytime I try to call it's min 60 mins hold. Then I spent 2 hrs trouble shouting.  They replaced the amp. Took 2 week to get this and still didnt fix it. Had to call again 80 min hold this time. Spent another  2 hours on the phone and was told it's the speakers and I should never been told it was an amp issue. It's been 2 weeks since this call. After a week of failed attempts to use rhe advance option to ship new replacement speakers I am now told that the 5 business days shipping is change to 6 weeks.They don't care about customers.  I have spent over 10,000$ on Sonos products and I am beginning to regret this because of the terrible after service 

I'm not sure if a c-suite individual came up with the idea of changing a perfectly good app, and turning it into something that constantly fails. My speakers are always syncing and system not found.  I've spent thousands on this system and I'm extremely disappointed. When will this be fixed
