WHAT ON EARTH  IS GOING ON WITH SONOS!!My radio station is CONSTANTLY cutting out every few minutes, been happening this past year now and again, but today is horrendous!Nothing has changed re set up etc, when I googled it says most likely wifi, but its definitely not, as It never used to do this at all and nothing has changed😡Its literally every minute or so, Im so frustrated with Sonos, to the point where I actually HATE IT!  Is it happening to anyone else?I will never ever recommend it to anyone, had it for years and always loved it, now its just problem after problem.The new update is absolutely so  disappointing too!!  

After firmware to 2.9.3 firmware upgrade last night I see there is no status light when the headphones are on.Also firmware upgrade failed and the headphones failed to connect to connect and i had to restart it few times unti it succeeded.

Hi all,My trusty Sky Soundbox has finally given up the ghost, and I'm looking to upgrade to a Sonos system. I'm leaning towards the Sonos Arc, but my living room (see pic) has a lot of exposed beams. I'm worried this might interfere with the Arc's upward-firing speakers and Dolby Atmos performance.Would I be better off with the Beam Gen 2 and a Sub Mini for my space? I'll also be using two Sonos Ones as rear speakers. The room is roughly 19x18 feet with 8-foot ceilings.I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in similar situations, or general thoughts on the Arc vs. Beam Gen 2 for a room like mine, especially with the addition of rear speakers. Is the Arc worth the extra cost over the Beam Gen 2 in my situation? Thanks in advance! 

In my home theatre, I have a player, sub and two play ones for surround sound.  I cannot find the place the the Sonos app where you can separately adjust the volume of the sub and the two play one speakers.  I can only adjust overall volume.  I know I used to be able to do it, but I cannot seem to find how to do it.

Hey all,I recently moved homes (which includes a new TV as well) and found that the “Spatial Audio” or “Dolby Atmos” audio badges are no longer showing on streaming platforms despite having it before. It currently shows 5.1 for all audio levels on shows. I have a full system (Arc, Era300 (2x), Sub Gen 3) and have been enjoying spatial audio films for several months in my previous home so I know it isn’t due to the streaming platforms subscription levels.The TV settings are set to “digital output audio… - Dolby Digital” and I haven’t seen anything within my SONOS app that makes me think it is anything there that I can adjust. The Arc soundbar is connected to the ARC port in the TV.As for settings in the app, all speakers are connected in a group and have had Trueplay optimized.
