Hi All -

My new Ace headphones have gone through the updating on installation and seem to connect to Bluetooth devices but don’t show in the app and are not found when searched for as a new device.  This is the same in the Android and Mac apps.

Any ideas please?

Exactly the same issue with mine. Connected and set up, but post update, they just don't appear on the app when switched on. I'm using the app on a OnePlus Open, not sure if its the phone, app or headphones!
