Dear Patrick Spence,

Your Sonos products are crap.

I did some research to find the best Bluetooth speaker, for my needs, so I purchased a Sonos Roam, bad decision.

My Sonos music library is loaded onto my computer and I used to play my songs from that. As that's where I store my music. It used to be good up until the May update…………. then things got crap, but hey lets get a two year old to write the code, or even better get the opposition to write it.

Now in order to have a Sonos product you must have a mobile phone to set it up, now nothing is connected to my speaker, either by phone or computer. But I can connect to the Sonos Tune In…………...

Yesterday is was connected after about 45 minutes to Sonos via “Chat” he did nothing but it magically connected, but yesterday afternoon it connected multiple times, I tried again last night and again today but you guessed it, not connecting. It seems that it only connects when you wait for ages on the Sonos help line and have their “ Help Desk” do nothing.

“ We have found Sonos on your network” but will not connect a speaker that we did yesterday again. But turn off your computer, router, place your speaker on top of the Modem/Router, and in doing this it will still not work.

Yes I have done all the things that your “Help Desk” asked me to do and even turned off my WiFi extender………………. but it used to work with this turned on.

I think that I will purchase a JBL product, although slightly a inferior product, it works when you turn it on.

Best AUD $200 paper weight I ever purchased.

I have emailed Patrick at : ceo@sonos.com, but, I will expect no reply.

Today, I was using the sonos system, on which I have multiple speakers, and I couldn’t access my Apple or Spotify streaming services.  Then, I got stuck on a Sonos playlist that I don’t like, and started playing it loudly.  Then, I couldn’t access it to even stop it or turn it down.  I tried on my iPhone and on my iPad.  I tried deleting the app and reloading it.  I finally unplugged all the speakers.  Your software was never great, but the new app is a disaster.  Even though I have thousands of dollars invested in your speakers, I’m looking for a replacement.  Sadly.
