Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

Everytime I do a system clean on my laptop using either Advanced System care or Advanced system Repair Pro, Sonos S1 Controller continuely being uninstalled or deleted.. so I download the app again and run it to repair and all is well until the next system clean… Any advice would be apprecitated… tks

For the past few years, I’ve been playing a 3 hour long White Noise track from Spotify on my Sonos One, as well as my son’s Sonos One. I select the track and then click repeat to make sure it continues through the entire night. We’ve never had issues using it this way in the past.Recently, and for reasons unknown, my Sonos Ones in both rooms will randomly start playing Jazz music around 5:00 AM / 6:00 AM. I check both Queues and the only tracks in each one are the White Noise track mentioned above, which is also set to repeat until I turn it off.All software and apps are up to date. I have no idea what’s causing this. There are no alarms set either. Completely random and waking me and my kids up early than necessary everyday.Any one else experiencing this issue or just me?Just had a 30 minute call with Support and after walking me through all of their suggestions, they too admitted they have no clue what’s causing this to happen.Tech, can you please take a look and fix this bug asap?

Noise cancellation is barely working when I’m in train or similar noisy place I still hear my surroundings, which is really annoying. In the Sonos app the noise cancellation mode is on  .. can I do sth else or do someone got a similar problem? 

JazzGroove used to work with our two Sonos speakers (Play:1 and ONE SL) at work. Now it doesn’t.I have deleted JazzGroove from Content Services and added it back. It still doesn’t work.I have two Sonos systems, one at home and one at our office. The one at home can still play JazzGroove. Although yesterday I deleted it from our home system to see if that would fix it at work. It doesn’t.It really would be nice to get it to work again. I’m on the monthly JazzGroove plan, so it’s not a matter of authenticating as dar as I know. Any suggestions? NOTE: I downloaded the Mac Sonos App and it upgraded my Sonos system. Now JazzGroove works.

My Sonos Arc voice control function will not control my Samsung QN65Q60CD smart TV. It took an hour of frustration to realize that Sonos phone support was hopelessly lost in the weeds on this problem. And Sonos provides no level 2 support to their customers. My question is whether the Sonos Arc is compatible with my make and model of smart tv mentioned earlier. Has anybody had similar issue? Any help is greatly appreciated. 

I have done like every possible troubleshooting combinations like 10 x each. BTW turning on, off, set up, reset,  resetup, add, remove. readd, create, remove rooms, surrounds, etc, etc!  Seriously. I know my TV works perfectly fine bc I tested it back with my previous Sony soundboard.. Anyone has any other ideas before I painfully declare defeat and make that dreadful call to support service ppl

I just got a pair of Sonos Ace Headphones.  I use a TIBO 3 box switch to connect my CD player, tape deck and record player to my amplifier.Any idea if I can play an LP through the TIBO via Bluetooth to my new headphones ?   Thanks!

My Sonos was linked to a large Apple Music library on my computer and working more or less perfectly up until a little more than a week ago. That’s when I realized that a lot of content went missing as I tried to play Christmas music.A text chat with a technician verified that over 2/3 of my Apple Music files were no longer in my Sonos Music Library. He had me clear the folder path in Music Library Settings and reattach my Music folder. That brought the number of files down to 1/5th of my Apple Music files. A call with a technician had the process repeated but this time with the technician handling the process through screen sharing. He got off the call before the Music Library was fully indexed, confident that this would solve my issue. It didn't- the number of files missing remained the same. A second call with a technician had his repeat the exact same process, but this time stay on the phone. I have been a SONOS customer for over 10 years since the first SONOS speakers came out.  I have 10 speakers, Play 1, Play 3, Play 5 (Gen 1), 2 Boosts (one upstairs and one downstairs) and a new ERA 100.  The new SONOS (2) app causes slow response when changing songs either from my streaming services (Sirius, SONOS, Spotify, Amazon) OR my playlists on SONOS and Spotify.  I did not experience this slow, start and stop experience on the previous original SONOS app (v1).  I have a strong router (UNIFI) and 1Gb ISP, so my network should not be the root cause.  Nothing else on my WIFI network has this slow experience.  The Play5 is not supported on the new SONOS app, so I have separated it from the other speakers by using the old SONOS app (v1).   I am seeking possible solutions to the slow, start, stop issue that we are experiencing.

Hi, I Just bought a Sonos Era product and I thought it would be possible to use it to play music in one room while the same music was playing in amother room via the pair of speakers I always used connected to the central router via an Airport Express. But when I activate one on Apple Music or on the Sonos App, the other gets disconnected.Is there a solution to play music simultaneously in two rooms with a Sonos and a non-Sonos device?Thank you.

Sonos not connecting to tv but can play music on system 

My Music Library (on a remote folder) no longer shows up in the app. It had been available, searchable and working fine for quite some time. It’s still connected as I can play songs from it that are still in a queue. Any easy way to get it to show itself again?

Hello. I currently have full Sonos surround for my tv setup. It have the arc, two era 100’s as the paired surround speaker, and a bass. My main goal is trying to connect my audio-technica Bluetooth record player to my system.   I just bought a roam 2, which is able to connect to my record player. Thinking that I could then connect the whole system once I did that. The issue now is when I select to connect ‘everywhere’ an error pops up every time saying ‘unable to connect, try again later’ Any suggestions to fix this problem? Or another to connect my Bluetooth record player? 

Can you play the Roam 2 and the Move 2 at the same time?

Hi,I just bought a pair of ERA 300 surrounds for my ARC Ultra and Sub Mini.I would like to know if I should angle the speakers or keep them straight ahead. It depends on the room from what I’ve read.The ERA 300 are approximately at the same height as the Sonos floorstands and approximately 3,8 ft from the side walls (measured from the center of the speaker). Symfonisk gen 1 and gen 2 will pair as stereo. Can such a pair be used as surrounds for the Arc Ultra?

I cant connect my sonos connect to my system..I try to reset it ,   my sonos is always searching and it never see it 

I recently bought a Victrola Hi Res Onyx turntable (note: NOT the Stream version), and planned to play records on my Sonos speaker setup using the Bluetooth connection.I have an Era 100, which supports Bluetooth, whereas the rest of my speakers are older generation and do not. I’m able to pair the turntable with the Era 100. Should I then be able to group/daisy-chain the Era 100 with my other speakers so I can listen to my vinyls across my entire system? When I try this the Sonos app shows the speakers are grouped but no sound is coming out of the older generation speakers.Any advice gratefully received. 

Hello, I have a project that includes an sound system from Sonos. In this project, I have Sonance speakers and amplifiers, as well as a WiFi network streamer from Sonos (Sonos Port). I connected the speakers to the amplifiers, linked the streamer to the amplifiers, and set up the system using the mobile app.My issue now is that when I move away from the location of the streamers in the rack room, the system disappears from the Sonos app, even though the entire villa is covered by internet and WiFi. When I set up the system on the mobile app, I selected the same local network for the internet. I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

How do I connect 2 Sonos Roam 2 speakers to play together.

Hi, I’m looking at getting stereo pair of Era 300s for music and to connect to my turntable. I currently listen in my room setup of arc, sub gen 3, and Sonos 1 surrounds. If I add another ‘room’ for the stereo Era 300s will it sound weird competing with the Arc and sub for Atmos music as all speaker would be in the same room?

I have a SONOS ACE and I use it only with the usbc to jack 3.5 cable because I don't want wave on my head.I test it with an electric field meter : despite the led is white, the headphone always emits in bluetooth (10V/m instead of 0.6V/m). This value is very very high because the bluetooth of my smartphone is off : The headphone ping in continuous to search it.If I turn on the bluetooth with the cable and I use the Sonos application : the value decreases at 3V/m but it's again high.I don't have this problem with my old headphone from an other mark (0.6V/m with cable, it's the environmental noise).There a solution to really turn OFF the bluetooth or it's a software bug ?Sonos can confirms this problem ?

A few days ago, I upgraded my components from S1 to S2. I was able to easily reestablish connections to Spotify, Pandora, Sirius, Soundcloud and so on, but I was not able to connect to my music library. I keep my library on a NAS (Buffalo Navigator 2). Some of the so-called help I found online for this problem included utilizing the sharing tab on the folder with my music. One problem...in Windows 11, the sharing tab is no longer available. Ugh. After a couple of frustrating days, I finally (and rather easily) figured it out what to do. I stopped mucking about with Sonos, and instead looked at the NAS. I opened the app for my NAS, selected the server, then from the menu tab, selected properties. I clicked open settings, entered my password, went to advanced settings, selected services, and I saw the DLNA server and print server were not on. I turned both on, and voila! I was able to access my music library. I suspect the DLNA was the culprit. I wish Sonos would do a better job explaini
