I recently had the GEEK SQUAD install in EERO 6+ AX 3000 Dual Band Mesh WiFi  3-pack router and extender in my three-story townhome. I have been unable to connect my Sonos speakers, sub, and beam to it since then, despite having rebooted, reset and reconnected the components multiple times. I still get sound when I manually press the top of one of the speakers as well as my TV. The GEEK SQUAD came and got it going but a day later, they were not working again. They now suggest deleting the Sonos app and re-downloading it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello @MichaelT52, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing connection issues with your Sonos system on your new Mesh WiFi network.

I can see internally that your Sonos System has Cloud connection, which means it is online. I am unsure if you’ve resolved the issue and you can now connect via the Sonos App to your Sonos system.

You can find several threads here in our Community where the Eero Mesh WiFi is being mentioned and with the correct configuration it should be working for you.

You can also have a look at our Support Article Recommended settings for using Sonos on wireless networks for some helpful information.

As I do not know about the GEEK SQUAD and how they’ve installed your network system, I would suggest you to reach out to our Support Team for live troubleshooting.

They have tools at their disposal to provide you with information and advice specific to your Sonos System and what it reports.

I hope this helps.
