I have a personal playlist on Amazon Music Unlimited of approx 300 songs. Whilst it can be loaded into Sonos via the Sonos App if shuffle is selected only 200 tracks are queued (recent additions to the playlist are not included in the shuffle). Is this a known issue that will be fixed in future?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble loading your full playlist.
From out internal information, the maximum amount of tracks you can add to the queue from Amazon Music is 500 tracks, so almost double what you have in your playlist. When adding the playlist to the queue, do you see any error message? Also, you mention that having shuffle selected only queues the first 200 tracks; if shuffle is off, does the playlist queue as expected?
If you can easily replicate this issue, please submit a diagnostics and send it to me in a private message (not in a reply to this thread) and I can check with my colleagues if they can also replicate it.
Hi, thanks for your response. When adding the playlist to the queue, all tracks are added. It is only when shuffle is selected that the queue is limited to 200 tracks. I'll recreate and send a diagnostic as requested. Thanks. Dave.

Try the Desktop app or third party, the mobile app has some inexplicable 200-item limits, though shuffling is done by the speakers so shouldn’t be affected.

I’ve raised this with the team for them to look into but they have requested some more information:
- Is this a personal playlist you’ve created in the Amazon app or is this an Amazon curated playlist?
- Are you able to provide a screenshot of the differences in the Sonos app after queueing the playlist both with and without shuffle enabled?
If you can reply back with answer to the above then I can follow up on this.

Do you know how many tracks in the playlist are Atmos content? Also, can you tell if the missing songs are the last 85 songs in the playlist even with shuffle or does it just add 200 tracks to the queue and stop? We’re trying to replicate this on our end as well, so the more information the better.
Hi Jamie. 107 of the songs are in Atmos. It adds the first 200 songs to the queue and then shuffles those only. The desktop app works OK, if that's any use. Thanks. Dave.
