Hello all, at the moment when using “folder view” on the new app, there is no “add to queue” option on a folder, so if I go into a folder holding a collection of MP3s I can’t “add to queue” the whole folder content like I  used to do on the old app. I know you can use the non-folder view but this is the functionality I want to use. Is there a “wish list” anywhere to make sure options we want get recorded somehow?

This is I think the only thing stopping me from moving to the new app at the moment, I have one speaker on the new app with my remaining 15 or so on the old app, waiting for it to work in a manner that suits me.

Hi @IanR,

The most recent app update added the option to queue folders of locally stored music libraries, however this feature is on a gradual rollout so some users may not have access yet. If the app shows you have the latest version of the Sonos app (80.20.33 for Android and 80.20.34 for iOS), then it’ll be automatic added in the following days. If you don’t have that app version, then I would recommend keeping an eye on the app store for any updates to the Sonos app.

I hope this information helps!

Use Desktop or third party app.

Adding an item to the queue is maybe a five minute coding job. Ten minutes tops. Why this took so long, and then is in a phased rollout after a 12 month delay, I can’t possibly imagine.

Thanks, I’m on that version, I’ll keep an eye on the menus.
