Hi!  I got a problem since maybe the day I owned the Sonos device but I didn’t pay it much attention but as it kept repeating, I’d like to ding an answer. i got a Sonos Beam coupled with 2 Ones for the TV, a One in the kitchen, and one Move.  When i connect to one of these speaker for the first  song with Spotify, it always start the song in the middle of it, although on my iPhone, the song on the Spotify app appears to be at the beginning if I refer to the timing showed on the app. When I click to rewind the song, it starts again the song and this time there’s no problem. I saw also a problem when watching a movie and putting the audio on beam/2 ones and the One on the kitchen (which is very close, about 6/7 meters), the audio briefly disconnect for a second each minute. Any help on these issues?  Thanks

For several months now if I try to update the Sonos controller when prompted by the Max controller after I’ve entered my Mac password and the install downloads it fails. I have to manually remove and re-install from the web. Not a big deal but wanted to mention it so the developers may see

I’m re-introducing this topic because it has been brought up before and after all this time, Sonos seems to have failed to do anything about it.   Both Sirius XM and Spotify drop very regularly, at least twice per hour if not more.  With both I get the error message “Unable to connect . . .” and with Sirius XM I also get the message about not being able to play because of some “encoding” issue. I have gigabit Internet coming to my home and all my Sonos speakers are connected via 3 Sonos AMP’s which are connected via Ethernet cable, so WiFi is not even involved.Any ideas?  Also, with all the complaints, why hasn’t Sonos addressed this issue being experienced by so many customers?

On my up to date Android phone, I have a large library of mp3 and flac files. It is largely maintained in Black Player. Black Player makes playlists in the android media engine. About half of these playlists appear in the Sonos app. But about half are MISSING. Where is the Sonos app looking for playlists?

I have a Sonos One Speaker that has been hooked up to my home internet since 2015. It has worked just fine until recently -- when I opened my Apple Music account and got the message:“Your Apple Music account needs to be Reauthorized” I click “OK”, and get: “Your Apple ID xxxxx will be used to reauthorize account”  The ID is correct, so I click OK.After a few seconds, a screen pops up ( with bells and banners...) and the text says: “Your Apple Music Account has been Reauthorized” SO...I click the “DONE” button at the bottom and get the message:“Unable to browse Music...” I click out of that screen and get:“Your Apple Music Account Needs to be Reauthorized”  AARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!I could play that loop many times with no good outcome...Everything is up to date, speaker, sonos software, computer, etc.Here’s what hasn’t worked so far:   1) Turning Router off an

I’m sure this has been posted many times, but I just want to voice my frustration that after being such a loyal customer, investing so much money in a house-wide system and most recently buying a Roam that won’t work with my S1 controller, Sonos completely sucks for leaving its older products behind and cutting us off from buying new products.  Major thumbs down.  I’ll be sure to warn others on this on Amazon reviews, etc.

Just entered new password but still denied access to upgrading.

After days of nagging about the 15.1.1 update I gave in and installed it on our system. After this a prompt to do Trueplay calibration on our Arc+Sub+2*One came up and I started that.After multiple tries it still fails with a message (roughly translated from Swedish) “one speaker went missing during calibration”. During the calibration I hear all speakers working but noticed a very high pitched noice from one of the back channels right at the end of the calibration.Support diagnostics: 2108779561

I’m so fed up with Sonos. I am literally furious that every time Sonos updates something, I have speakers that drop out of the system.I cannot roll back my system to S1, when I start the S1 controller it tells me the problems, and what needs updating, then prompts me to download S2.S2 fails to correct the problem, I just want at this point to return everything to its former working state without running through three floors and resetting everything.  Sonos seems to do this to me every six month or so.I have purchased Sonos products as gifts for others, I’m not doing that anymore if this is what I saddle them with.At this point I have nothing good to say about product support, I just want my old, not updated system back. 

I’ve managed to get my music library (USB stick plugged into router) imported into and playable in Sonos (Beam Gen 2), and when using a laptop this is just about OK -- though there doesn’t seem to be any way to do a shuffle play of the entire library or subdirectories within it, unlike every other player I’ve used at home and in the car -- is there a way to do this or am I missing something?However there’s no way to do this using the Android app which would be my normal method of controlling the system, it seems it can only use playlists. I suppose I could generate a playlist of the entire library (or parts of it) on the laptop, but I suspect the Sonos might choke on a playlist with >10000 tracks in -- and also I can only see how to add tracks to a playlist one at a time, is there a way to add multiple tracks or entire albums in one go?It seems that Sonos is completely focused on streaming and mostly ignoring customers who want to play their own music -- in my case

Recently my sonos plays one track only and not the entire album as before. Any idea how to fix this?Thx

I have a custom mp3 stream added & working fine in the old TuneIn service, I can’t see a way to add it in the new TuneIn?I’m concerned support for the old plugin will be dropped.Ideally there’d be a way outside TuneIn to add custom mp3 streams. 

Hi my sonos port no longer works as a upnp renderer using foobar2000 on windows as the client/controller. Interestingly I'm able to use my Roam as a renderer and all speakers in my s1 system also work OK as renderer too from the same PC. Even more confusing is that BubbleUPnP (android app) IS able to send a UPnP stream to the Port.

When I play ‘music on this device’ from my Android phone through the Sonos system, it includes all mp3 tracks on my phone, which means I am getting audio book tracks interspersed with the music tracks.  All my music is on the micro sd card in the music folder. How do I direct sonos to only use that folder?  Thanks. 

System won't update. "Error please try again". (17 times). I am using a MacBook Pro with the latest OS.How do I resolve this?

How can I integrate my personal Apple Music and preferred radio stations into my Sonos app?

Hello all!With the recent addition of my Era 300s and Arc I find myself using the Sonos app more and more to play music from Music so I can take advantage of the Atmos encoding. The downside to using the Sonos app rather than normal Airplay is that I cannot seem to add songs that I like from Sonos to my Music library. Obviously I can add the music to Sonos-related libraries and playlists but it sure would be nice to be able to add new music I hear to my Music library. Any thoughts?

I’ve followed the process of adding a new internet radio station to Sonos (AAC streaming). It appears to add ok, but when ‘Play’ is pressed, nothing happens. Other radio stations play fine through TuneIn and other radio services such as myTuner Radio.I used the advice in https://support.sonos.com/s/article/260?language=en_US, and have added the station using both the Windows client application, and the Android app. Neither will play in Sonos.The station URL in question (https://edge.iono.fm/xice/fmr_live_high.aac) plays just fine in a web browser.There are a number of threads that discuss issues with TuneIn in the UK, but the workaround suggested was to add the URL manually - but that doesn’t work for me either.Any tips?

I have B&O3200 (but no speakers) and want to connect to Sonos Port, not yet purchased, so I can play throughout house…is this possible and, if so, the B&O has separate 8-pin dins for L&R speakers but Sonos Port only has one RCA input?  HELP!

I can't stream any radio today.   Stupid Tune In keeps playing its intro and interrupting the stream.  Anyone else getting this?Was so much better before Tune In.

I try to configure a 2d hand Connect S1.I Have already reinit the Connect by pressing “audio” while connecting to power.But I still receive “Product not found” message.

Since I upgraded my Android device 18. Mars, I have not been abel to upgrade my sonos app. I have also tried to delete the app and download it againg. But now I can not download the app fra Google play store. What have I missed/forgotten?

Yesterday everything was working fine.This morning I had Updates on both Sonos 1 and Sonos 2 - I run old and new products separately.Sonos 1 finds NAS drive OK and let’s me update the list.My NAD 10 streaming tuner using BluOS finds and updates listings OK.Sonos 2 will not show any connection to NAS drive.I can hear that it is accessing the drive from the crunching noises it makes, but it won’t show the Drive on the System under Music Library.Passwords are correct, path is correct, connections are correct.I believe this is a software issue following this morning’s update.Anyone else had problems? p.s.  I’ve tried using both the app and my laptop - Nothing        I’ve tried using text path and numeric path - Nothing

I ordered Era 300 speakers and I am really impressed with the sound, but frankly I am a bit disappointed that Dolby Atmos support is limited to Amazon Music and Apple Music.I use primarily Tidal and would really like to be able to listen to the mixes available in their library. Why is this imposible? Is there any plan to include Tidal as a supported platform?Thanks in advance for the responses!
