New SONOS App - Adding to queue

I’m unable to add an album to existing queue. Is this feature gone or am I missing it?

Sonos Playlists

I’m not sure the team at Sonos even knows what Sonos Playlists are.  They’ve dropped the feature with this new app.  And when I talked to support, they didn’t seem to understand.  I have 100’s of Sonos Playlist, thankfully stored in the many speakers I have, but they are locked away from me now.  I see not mention of if/when this feature will come back.  No communication from support.  No customer support at all.  I have always praised Sonos and their support in the past.  They were great.  “Were”.  This new app was the dumbest decision when it comes to ‘Customer Service’.  The App sucks in so many ways, No Sonos playlist, search is poor, trouble finding simple songs, volume controls non responsive, too many clicks/swipes to navigate.  Big delay when clicking the ‘...’ that is supposed to be a pop up menu, but seems to go load something from a slow server on the internet.  Skip tracks works some times, some times it does not.  Just using the app is an exercise on maintaining your patie

SonosNET Channel Change

Can someone please tell me how to change the SonosNet WiFi channel with the new app update? When I browse to Settings → Manage → Network nothing is present, and that’s where you would have made the change before the app update.

Sonos App and the real face to the customer

Surprising of what Sonos did some time ago - releasing a complete new app approach without a detailed testing. This is at least how it felt, and what the short release cycle right after the rollout just proves!When trying to get in dialogue with them, Sonos is really skilled in just replying again and again the same text-phrases. “Thanks for your understanding”, … Individual dialogue isn’t possible at all. It seems like Sonos support is still overloaded with this crazy rollout-procedure. Each email contains apologizes for delayed replies due to huge amount or requests.The manager being responsible for the development process just needs to get fired! How stupid can it be to do an rollout like this. The switch form S1 to S2 was already strange, but users at least have had a chance to choose. Why hasn’t Sonos done the new release in a similar way? Just rolling out in parallel to S2!Strange promises about delivering missing features step by step are still not fully fulfilled. Or has anybod

Sonos New App doesnt work with my Amazon Music free subscription?

Hello,Ever since upgrading to the appalling new Sonos app I can no longer use the Amazon Music service that I used for years. Its the free version. I can browse the music, select it, but then it just jumps from one song to the next and never plays anything. Am I doing something wrong? have they changed the subscription rules so free doesnt work anymore?

auto play app

At 8:25 am every day an app called tunein automatically starts playing on my beam. I obviously did not set this up myself, but I just do not know how to disengage it. Does anyone know of any settings that would be able to help me turn this off?

The new Sonos app is an absolute joke.

I’ve been trying to use the new Sonos app for a couple of months. It’s rubbish!!!!!!!Can’t play favourite play list’s continuously.The search function is a joke.I’ve got 3 Sonos Ones’ time for a change I think - what a load of rubbish, talk about backward step!

app does not recognise system 50% of the time

Almost without fail, my app does not recognise my system every other time I open it. The only solution is to close the app and reopen it. Is this a known issue that is being fixed?Just another bug in the long line of issues with the new app ROLL IT BACK

MFA for Sonos Account

Hi,Hoping someone can answer a query around account security. As far as I can see the account we all use is only a single authentication. I’m hoping / wondering if there are any plans to change that by incorporating MFA?Does anyone ( Sonos or community ) know if this is going to be incorporated or is on a rollout in the future ?Thanks in advance !

Adding Songs to Playlists

As most have described, the new app is a disappointment.  I use Amazon Music and one of the features I enjoyed using the most was the ability to add songs to a playlist.  Does anyone know if that feature will be coming back in a future update?

Last Sonos App.

How can I play all the best songs of an artist after clicking Megadeth top tracks..it doesnt automaticly start a playlist as before ? :-(And in the recently listened Music when it’s a radio for example WEEZER station there is no play button anymore ??There is a lot of bad things with the last app.. en français svp !

sonos: courageous app release.

Today I rushed through a change to my companies financial reporting system. Unfortunately it caused a considerable number of users to be locked out. Those that weren’t locked out had massively reduced functionality. It caused absolute uproar amongst our user base, they were not happy at all!Initially I thought I had been utterly incompetent and was deserving of the sack.  However, it turns out I wasn’t being useless at my job. I was in fact being “courageous”. I look forward to telling my boss this on Monday. I might even ask them for a pay rise.Thanks Sonos execs for showing me the way!

Sonos "Unable to Connect" to some Mixcloud mixes

The mixes it won’t play are all from the same user. It still plays everything else on Mixcloud. It was playing the same mixes yesterday no problem. What gives?

Amazon Playlist

I have several large Amazon playlists each with hundreds of songs.  After the update, songs 1-100 will play but songs 101 and higher do not.  This was never a problem on the old app.  I have read others have the same issue but I have not seen any comments from Sonos…So if anyone from Sonos could please respond I would love to know when or if this problem is going to be addressed and if there is anything I can do to fix this.
