Suddenly the sonos app on my iPhone says “Not Connected, No products found” 
But I can still find all the sonos speakers on the Spotify app and play music. 

So the speakers are connected to the network and they are working. 

The problem therefore is with the app. 

Is there a bugfix on the way? 

 

Try deleting then reinstalling your app. 


Did that,

deleted app, installed again, and still the same. 

The app searches for sonos, cant find it. 

My iphone is on the same wifi as the speakers so should find it.


Not enough information to start to guess, unfortunately. Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.


Yes, tried calling. Estimated wait time is 25 minutes. So I hung up. 


So this morning a new version of the app was available in the appstore. Version 80.12.02 

The problem is thereby fixed. 

I had to remove the old app, reboot iPhone, and install the updated app. Then it found the system after going through the process.
