I would like to get all of my speakers to downgrade to the precious revision of firmware and the older version of the application software reinstalled. The auto upgrade a few months ago made the entire ecosystem extremely problematic. In three months, Sonos is still struggling with a ton of unresolved issues. The system is still completely unreliable, non performance and absolutely not user friendly. The application’s initial loading is slow and buggy. Songs skipped randomly without user input. The integration with Apple Music is subpar. I have managed products for over a decade. My entire product team would be shot if a release went as badly as Sonos’s release. All that I ask for is a path to normalcy and a good system that identifies with the standup and awesome brand that it used to be.

You haven’t said what products you own.
You can revert to the S1 app for some products.
Hi. You are almost certainly blaming the wrong thing for your problems, and so if you carry out your plans you will probably see no improvement in your issues. I suggest you call Sonos Support before you go ahead with an attempt at a rollback, so that they can take a look at your system and see what is going on.
