I just bought a Sonos Move today and it works great on Wi-Fi but when I switch to Bluetooth and try to use any of the EQ presets on Spotify the bass starts bottoming out. Anyone else have this issue or know of a solution?

Hello, since I bought my new Samsung Qled 95T, I have problems with the Sonos Arc.the sounds skipped always and I have to switch off the power of the Arc on and off to get sound again. The software is up to date, but the problem is still there. the second problem is, I cannot listen with my Bluetooth headphones (Sennheiser pxc 550) with this high end Television 😣. With the old 4K Samsung my wife could listen normal with the Arc and I with the headphone( my hearings is not so good anymore). Are there solutions for this problem? I want to use my headphone. Can I by an optical transmitter an use the optical port of the Arc for sound on my headphone and the Sonos Arc connected with hdmi ?
Hi my play bar has started “stuttering” at the start of a new track download. It never used to do this and none if my other sonos products do it. Any ideas ?
I'm having issues with my Sonos system since connecting to a new Wi-Fi network. A lot of the time, the app won't load any of the rooms/speakers and I have to turn Wi-Fi off and on again, close down the app, etc and sometimes this will work, sometimes it won't. I'm now trying to stream a song via spotify through a play 5, play 1 and a sub. I get half way into the song and each speaker turns off and on intermittently. I'll have the sub only playing base for a few seconds, then maybe the play1 and maybe the play5. Very rarely them all together. Please help me fix my system as I've invested a few thousand pounds now in my system. update- this only seems to occur when using spotify. Tunein doesn't seem to have any issue
I want to output the audio from my Samsung Frame TVs to 2 x Sonos ones in stereo. Is that possible?, I can’t use a playbar due to the way the frame is setup but is it possible with a connect amp?
I’ve got 2 separate Sonos systems since the S2 app won’t work with my Play 5 and Connect Amp. My new system consists of an Arc, Sub, Amp and 2 in-ceiling Polk Audio speakers. This is the one I’m having issues with When I‘m not using the system, my left rear speaker makes a crackling noise at random times. Approximately every 20 minutes. The sound is quiet, so it is not always noticeable with ambient noise going on, but when the house is quiet it is annoying. Any ideas what this could be and how to stop it?
A few days ago, my Sonos app started being unstable. Most of their options are grayed out. I lost setup of my Sonos devices, they won’t load I can control them from any other app, such as Spotify, and the names appear correctly In some cases I’ve been able to see my local system, and grouped speakers. I restarted one of my speakers, to do configuration from zero, but it won’t let me finish the configuration.I’m attaching screenshots of how my app looks. I’ve tried with multiple phones, and with on my 4G cellphone network, and they all stay the same, grayed out. I restarted the app from zero, without adding a system to it, to see if my local system was the problem. But even when having the app started from zero, all these problems persist. If I try to join my Sonos local system, it does find it and it does says “You are connected to your Sonos at WiFi Network”I’ve seen the Sonos Service has some problems right now https://status.sonos.com/ but I don’t know if this is related to that.Is
I am longtime Sonos user with S1 at primary home and S2 at vacation home. In last week or so at primary, S1 has been a problem. I have 11 connect amps, 1 Sonos One, and one Play 3. I’ve lost most functionality on the 11amps ( lots of features on app are greyed out), and can’t use Play 3 or Sonos One. System wants me to update but then shows error 1101 or 1103. And, I don’t want to update anymore. Everything is wireless, router is Orbi with 2 Orbi satellites. I’ve tried connecting the Sonos one and play3 via Ethernet but same problem. Had two long sessions with Sonos support which didn’t solve anything. I have no interest in migrating from S1 to S2 at primary home.Any ideas? Thanks
I got symfonisk speakers as a gift! After a lot of false starts and connection problems and a couple of factory resets, I managed to get them set up as a stereo pair in my bedroom using my iPhone. They sound great and I love them!!However now I cannot get them to connect reliably with my iPhone. I managed to get them to connect briefly and started tuning them, but then I realised it was a bit too loud for 2am and cancelled the process, and after that they wouldn’t connect again. They work mostly fine with my MacBook, either using the Sonos app or airplay. There is sometimes a long lag between pressing play on something and the sound coming out. But they seem to always play eventually. It’s frustrating because I’m holding my phone and laptop right next to each other, connected to the same network, and yet the controller on the phone just doesn’t work. I suppose I could just always use my laptop to control the speakers but it’s unusual for me to even have it in my room.I’m drawn to thinkin
Hi! I’m using connect:amp whit sub in living room!when I’m playing music the sound from connect:amp stops 5-10 seconds every 2-4 minutes. But the sound from the sub keeps playing. it doesn’t matters if I play Spotify, radio or something else, it always happens! I have checked all connections ant it seems fine. But I’ve noticed that the connect:amp get really hot sometimes, but I still have the same problem when I start it when I’ve cool it down!I have tried so many different things. Does anyone have experience the same? Or having any idea what could be wrong?
Have 2 SONOS one SL speakers.2weeks old on wall brackets , cables buried behind plaster and newwall paper. New router 20 metres away so ethernetcablenotan option. So how I connect my brand new sonos speakers to my new wifi router? On the app systems is greyed out as is my account details.Everything else easily connected to new wifi, problem only with these Sonos speakers
My Sonos is connected and playing music. I went to my Iphone and went to skip the current song and get the message unable to connect to Sonos. Keeps happening. 1 SONOS is on my network and is connected 2. It continues to play music 3. WIFI is active and other things are connected and working normally 4. Switch to my tablet and works fine. Then same thing happens there. 5. Suddenly starts working again. Anyone else have this problem. Infuriating- SONOS may be destined for the scrap heap.
The app keeps loosing connection with the Sonos speakers. The problem seems well known but the solutions to fix it is not very user friendly and it’s time consuming. Are Sonos planning on fixing this? At the moment I can’t recommend anyone getting any Sonos products anymore, as most people don’t want to waste time on diagnostics, when so many products are better: just plug in and figure out the problem on the phone. When a router works for smart Tv, fridge, watches etc etc, without any problem, it’s the Sonos software that’s the problem, not the router or the user.
After updating to 9.0 on iOS, I am getting the message "Sonos App controls no longer appear on your lock screen" on all my updated devices. The lock screen controls stopped working on all my controllers with above message. I do not have any other music player running nor I have any sort of voice over configured. Settings for the app are correct with both hardware volume control and lock screen controls enabled on all devices.
I own thousands of dollars of Sonos equipment and I have recommended, in the past, Sonos to everyone. For years my system was fabulous, the only thing I had to do when I first installed it 7(?) years ago was change the channel to get everything settled. Since S2, it seems, my system has gone to hell in a hand basket. Speakers drop off, I can’t play any HD stations (including the new Sonos Radio which is a useless subscription at this point. I tried Amazon HD and had the same problems as I had with Qbuz - I cancelled them since playing in HD is a terrible experience.) My Music Library went tits up in the last couple of days (songs say they aren’t encoded correctly and this is a music library I have had my Sonos connected to for years). I removed the music library and then tried to re-add it numerous times and I receive an error message that says my mac is refusing to allow Sonos to connect. I even went as far as to spend thousands more on getting a professional (same folks I bought al
I was very excited to do a recent overhaul of my home stereo system. Because of the “Works with Sonos” feature, I got a new Onkyo TX-NR696 receiver … Which is excellent … to go with a new Sonos Port. The “Works with Sonos” integration is quite impressive, and it’s works great to start playing music at the touch of a button through my iPhone. However, I’ve noticed one weird thing and I can’t find any information about it anywhere else online. The Sonos Port seems to keep bringing my Onkyo receiver out of “standby” mode. It happens all the time when I’m not streaming anything to the Port. I’ll walk into the room with the receiver, and it’s on the Sonos input. I’ll turn everyone off and make sure the Sonos Port isn’t active. And then a half an hour later it’s on again. So far, I’ve tried muting the Sonos Port … and it mysteriously unmutes itself. Right now I’m trying to clear the playlist and see if that helps.Has anyone else encountered this problem with a Sonos Port and a receiver? Have y
For some reason, I can no longer add my music folder to Sonos.I’m no “noob” having been a PC user for over 25 years and know my way around a PC, so have done this before, with no problems whatsoever.I have just tidied up my laptop, and rearranged where my music is filed, and it now resides at C:\Users\steve\Music.No matter what I do, Sonos will not accept that address when attempting to add that folder in the Music Library Settings. I have tried adding via the default My Music folder, and also typed the address in, hit next, and then allow the laptop to access that folder, nothing happens, it just hangs on the same screen, and when hitting the next button again, still no joy. I’ve also tried copying the music to another folder on the same drive, and then trying to add it that way, still no joy.I’ve also uninstalled my Sonos app, and reinstalled it, still no joy.My PC has not been reset in any way recently, so no issues with security prompts etc etc.Any ideas or help to rectify this, wo
What a disappointment… another One SL disconnecting problem how many messages does your company need to get until you fix this issue i couldn’t be more upset with the 1500$ I just spent and I hope people see this and don’t buy sonos
I hardwired two Sonos speakers to my home Network powered by 3 Google Nest WiFi pucks and 3 Google WiFi pucks. They're almost all hardwired to eachother like below:Modem - Main Puck - Unmanaged 8-ports switch - remaining pucks. For two of the remaining pucks, I also connected a Sonos speaker to the respective LAN ports. Sonos is in "wired mode" so creating its own network. I started having problems with the WiFi network repeatedly loosing internet access. Google looked at diagnostics and detected a loop, rogue DHCP, and other issues. I was thinking... Could this be caused by having Two Sonos speakers wired to the network? I now disconnected one as a test and the issues seem to be gone. Thanks for any insights.
I’ve had the Sonos system running for years. I’ve had the Move attached for a long time as well. This morning, the Move was not showing up in the app. After doing a Factory Reset and going through the Add Product process, I get the error message listed in my subject line “There was a problem setting up your Sonos Move. Our Customer Care team is ready to help”. The Move is still listed under System as Sonos Move, Not registered.I have gone through the Factory Reset process several times, with this same result.
OK so kinda new to this forum thing so here goes.Whenever we are playing music (Spotify / Soundcloud / TuneIN radio) after a few minutes the PLAY:1's that are in Surround get a few milliseconds delay from the Playbar. It sounds like i'm in an old theater and that is not what I'm looking for in my own home.Playbar is wired into a gigabit switch, Sub and two PLAY:1's are wireless. Was hoping to bypass my wifi network. To clarify, Is it possible to make the Sub and PLAY:1's wirelessly connect to the playbar instead of them connecting to my wifi router?I'm almost certain that the location of the wireless router is the issue.Wiring all speakers is not possible. What kind of info would you guys and girls need from me to help me solve this issue. :)All help is appreciated.
