Sonos Arc no longer connects to wifi

It worked fine for about a month then all of a sudden, boom, the phone apps no longer recognize it. Reset the phone, cleared the apps’ cache, rebooted the arc, then finally reset the arc. Nothing works. Now when I try to set up the arc again, it won’t even find it.

 

Is this a common problem? I just bought another speaker for my boyfriend’s office. If these things are this finnicky I’ll just return it.

Did a quick search on Twitter and it seems that this is a common problem after the most recent update?!?!

So, when will you fix your system so it works properly again? Or do I need to return my brand new speaker?
