What to get

Today I bought the move model speaker and I received the email confirming my purchase. The problem is that the company didn’t withdraw money from me but just 1 euro, and also if I go in my account under orders, it doesn’t show my purchase but it says “no orders have been made” (something close).Does anyone know the reason of this facts? Please help me 

I currently have two non-sonos in-ceiling speakers above my TV that are wired into a utility closet no where near the TV.  My TV is hardwired into the same closet with Coax and Cat5e but no HDMI or anything else.  I was told previously that if I get a Sonos Connect Amp in the closet and connect the two speakers and then get a Sonos Beam to connect to the TV that I could then sync the Connect and Beam together and control the Connect from the Beam.  Is that correct?  Is there a cheaper way to solve this with non-sonos products(I know this is probably not the right place to ask this :/).  It seems like a relatively simple problem to solve and I definitely don’t need anything fancy, just looking for functionality at this point but I don’t have much audio knowledge to know how to approach the issue. Thank you!

Hi ,  I’m going to buy a Sonos system and I’ undecided whether to pair Beam sound bar with Sub or with a couple of One’s.My room is not so big (20mq) , usually I watch movie and listen music and I will install SUB or ONE near to Bean. I have had the opportunity to listen  the ARC with a Sub and it’s impressive, but I think that is to much for my room and my budget. any similar experience or suggestions?   

Hello, I’m trying to figure out if my Sony TV KDXE7096 (2017 model with HDMI ARC) is able to pass-through Dolby Digital Plus signal from Apple TV 4k. The manual says exactly the following “Dolby Digital Plus Out: Select [Auto] to pass through Dolby Digital Plus stream to ARC when Dolby Digital Plus is available through connected Audio System.” Has anyone tested on a similar TV and what are the results? Is lossy Atmos format in Dolby Digital Plus available? What about Netflix Tvs native app? Does it work with DD+ atmos? I haven't purchased the arc soundbar yet but I want to make sure that’s worth the investment. Thanks

Hi, Im planning on setting up a sort of home theatre in my living room, without it dominating the whole room. Plan is to have a motorized screen mounted to the beam going across the middle of the room (see picture), so that is not very visible while not in use.Since the scrren will be in the middle of the room, there will not be a wall or any furniture to place a sound bar or audio system. Any speakers / sound system would have to be mounted on the same beam, or in the ceiling. What do you guys think would be a good setup for this? I havent used Sonos systems before, so not familiar with the different products and wheter og not they work well together. We dont want the system to dominate the living room while not in use, so my thought is two smaller speakers on each side of the projection screen. - Can i use two “ONE SL" speakers and have them work together to provide stereo sound? - Would it be better getting a soundbar and mounting it in the roof or above the screen? I have a play 5 gen 1 that bought a while back. The problem is that it wont turn on, which means that i cant reset it to factory settings. Is it still possible for me to use the trade up on this device even if its still connected to the sellers account?

I’m in the strange situation I have bought some Sonos equipment and not yet hooked it up. I have two Sonos 1 speakers - 1 with mic, 1 without - and the cheaper soundbar. The playbar was just too expensive and sounded like more than I need, I have a modest living room I’d guess is 200-250 square feet. Now the playbar is on sale for a more affordable $500, and I’m wondering, would it be worth considering buying that and selling the cheaper one?

Does the upgrade still brick the old product or did Sonos stop doing this and let the old product still work? I thought they had allowed the old one to keep going but cant find any confirmation of this?If it is bricked, at what point does this happen?I have selected one of my products to upgrade and don’t want to now. I would like to create a stereo pair with Sonos One Gen2 andanother Sonos One Gen2 Sonos One SLWhat do you think, witch option is better? I think 1 Assistant in a room is enough, but for the future, isn't the One SL a disadvantage against better equipped /memory, cpu/ Gen2?

I am looking to get a full surround setup using Sonos Arc as the main piece. My house has speaker wire plumbed through the walls from a previous owner. So I am trying to decide what the best approach for full surround. The cleanest and easiest approach is probably be to use 3rd party rears and an Amp with the sub and Arc. Using OneSLs would require adding power outlets to the location. However I am worried that going with this approach will be sub par as the rears can't be used with True play and be tuned (I do not want in wall speakers). My question is which is the preferred approach, Amp to rears? How do you calibrate the sound? Or add power outlets to the area and go with the standard approach.

I can still keep my system S1 as long as I need to.  So, why wouldn’t everyone do it while it last?

How does the Arc compare with the older Playbar?  Sound? Dialogue?    

Is it worth the money to get a sub

I have recently placed an order for the Arc and Sub and I have nothing showing in my account for orders. Order was placed on 11/15/2020 and it is now 11/24/2020.   I received a confirmation email and when searching through the email it still shows back ordered.  What is the expected ship date of my order? Additionally, the Arc and Sub now have an additional $100 discount offer that I missed by a few days. Since my order is still processing in back order, can I receive this $100 discount? And if so what do I have to do to receive this?

I have a SONOS Beam and 2 Play 1s in my kitchen but want to boost the sound with a bit more (undistorted) volume.  I need to retain the Beam for the medium sized TV but in replacing the Play 1s, would a single Play Five suffice or do I need two of them.  Kitchen is 7x5 metres with a vaulted ceiling.

Hi I am buying a sonos beam now in the balck friday for a small living room. I would like to know your opinion if it worth it to buyl 2 rear/sorround speakers to enhace the sound? The living room is small so not need to have that many speakers in there unless the experience is much better (beam plus two one). Do you believe that the sound quality and lisining experience imrpove a lot when adding to speakers to the beam to justify the extra cost in a small living room?Thanks in advance

HelloI have a question that I hope that I can describe over this medium. I have attached a picture to helpI have a Samsung Frame TV that I have put into a room in a new house. The house came with Sonace speakers that are built into the house. The wires for the speaker do not go to the TV anymore. Is there a way to connect these speakers to a Sonos AMP and the TV to and AMP and use these speakers for the TV? ( see pic) Thanks! 

I ordered an Arc and sub unit on 10/21/20 still on back order with no update or communication. How much longer am I looking before I get my order??
