Order not showing, backordered, discount question

I have recently placed an order for the Arc and Sub and I have nothing showing in my account for orders. Order was placed on 11/15/2020 and it is now 11/24/2020.  
 

I received a confirmation email and when searching through the email it still shows back ordered. 
 

What is the expected ship date of my order?

 

Additionally, the Arc and Sub now have an additional $100 discount offer that I missed by a few days. Since my order is still processing in back order, can I receive this $100 discount? And if so what do I have to do to receive this?
