I have like 4 roams 6 ones 1 play at amplifier boost and there is not a week almost not one day when one or two or all have a problem or are not working. Interrupted music. Speaker don t appear. Speaker gone from the system. Voice control react with a big delay (up to ½ day. He suddenly starts talking). Tuning is gone or suddenly the connected speaker (home cinéma) are not synchronised etc. Without any action music start in the middle of the night. Or suddenly volume goes up or down none of the functions are reacting. I have to shut down the electricity to stop it. I m in contact with sonos support almost every week. I have another system in another flat (much cheaper) and that is working perfectly or even better. My 20 year old Bose in my studio is working 10 x better. Regret to have invested so much money for poor quality (music that is)
I had to contact technical support a few weeks ago as I just couldn’t get my Move to connect properly. It has always had issues dropping in and out from the app. Technical told me it was caused by the fact I had Sky wifi boosters which I just didn’t believe. So I decided to undertake a very expensive trial. I bought an Era 300 to replace the Move in the kitchen and guess what...it hasn’t missed a beat and constantly stays connected. So much for my boosters causing a network issue! I also have an Era 100 in the home office and that has been fine too.I was concerned after buying my Move just how temperamental it has been and particularly when Sonos brought out the Move 2 not too long after...makes me wonder if there has been an inherent issue with the original Move.I am now experiencing connectivity issues with my older Play 1. I have reset and readded the speaker and whilst the app acknowledges the speaker, it won’t control it. Constantly keep getting ‘unable to connect please try again
Hi. I have a pair of Era 300s and a sub mini. They worked fine for about a month but now, whilst they play through the Sonos app (including with Spotify), if I play directly off Spotify app the left speaker doesn’t work. Weirdly I can control the volume of the right speaker using the left speaker controls, but the left speaker just won’t play music. anyone had that problem or found a fix? Or any suggestions why this would be and what to do? i messed around with it yesterday to try to fix and had various configurations of speakers working and not working (including left not working on Sonos app and sub not working, so don’t want to make it worse again) right speaker was always working though), and in the end they all started working again, but this morning the left one is gone again.Very annoying. Thanks for any help you can offer.
Having issues for over a year now with Apple Music and playing on my home system. It just stops playing and now it won’t play at all expect thru my Sonos tv soundbars (I have wired Sonos speakers in my home). Now on the app the volume is a light gray for the home speakerson versus the brighter white on the soundbars. No clue what’s wrong or what’s going on. I’ve refreshed, unplugged, reset and nothing has helped. I absolutely hate this system as I built a brand new home with this cool tech and it’s been terrible. Help…
Hi,I have the Sonos One and it suddenly stopped working. It will not power up. No lights showing at all.I have unplugged, plugged back in. Used different sockets thay I know have power in.I have tried the reset. Still nothing. Please advise.Kindest Regards Slavka
I’m considering setting up Sonos speakers for a hotel and am planning to install over 100 Sonos Era speakers, mainly to allow guests to use Bluetooth in their rooms. What would be the best way to set up these systems? From my research, I've found two potential options: 1. Create multiple VLANs and SSIDs, or 2. Set up multiple systems under a single SSID.How do these two options differ, and which would be more effective in this context?
Over time the Sonos App on my devices has gotten slower, and slower. Response time is horrendous. I figure it’s gotta be from one of two things:All my devices are OLD Play: 1s and a SoundBar. Perhaps they’re just getting too old for the current capabilities? I have found several threads discussing app performance and Network issues. I’ve done a bit of superficial digging and I don’t **think** I have any network issues going on. I’ve got a pretty solid and stable network. Several of my devices are wired rather than using wirelss, I’m using SonosNet still on the rest. I COULD switch them to using regular wifi, though I’m a bit hesitant because I’ve been using SonosNet successfully since before Wifi was an option.Thoughts on where I should focus my energies?
Moderator Note: Google Translate- Good morning,my Era 100 was registered to an account that no longer exists. How do I change the system owner?I tried the “Transfer of system ownership” option in the General settings and when I enter my account, it tells me that it has been transferred, but I am still unable to log in as owner. It's as if nothing is happening... what to do?
I have tried multiple times to tune Trueplay on one of my Sonos Ones. I have 6 Sonos Ones and only one of them will not save. I go through the process and each time it says it completed successfully. I go back to the Trueplay menu and there is no Trueplay Tuning on/off switch or an option to Retune. The only option is Trueplay Tuning (again). All of my other 5 Sonos Ones Trueplay just fine. It’s this single speaker that will not. I’ve tried unplugging it and even relocating it. Nothing works. Please help.
I have tried everything with my Wi-Fi and my streaming services and cannot consistently get my arc and my two era 100 speakers to play music at the same time without problems or cutting out. I have the best Wi-Fi and even tried using an extender. I've also tried repositioning my ERA speakers.Except for the arc playing my TV sound, Sonos has been a total absolute disappointment.
I have a pair of Bose 901 series 3 from ~1974. They are in great shape, although I need to test them.I’m a Sonos user for all my running audio around the house. My plan to utilize the Bose would be to use a Sonos Port for the incoming signal, run the output thru the Bose equalizer, and then get a suitable amplifier to power the Bose speakers with the signal out of the equalizer.I’m drawing a conclusion that I can’t use the equalizer to adjust the signal out of the Sonos AMP.Thoughts?
I asked Chatgpt the following question and received its answer. I would love to hear your responses/critique/agreement with the conclusion please: Question asked: “Here is the list of my equipment: I have 3 Sonos ports connected to speakers by speaker cable. The ports are all connected to my home network by ethernet cable. I also own 2 Sonos Era 300s, 1 Sonos Arc Soundbar and 1 Sonos Generation 3 subwoofer all working together as a single home theater system. The Sonos Arc Soundbar is connected with an ethernet cable to my home network and the Subwoofer and Era 300s are connected by wifi. The Arc soundbar, subwoofer and era 300s are listed as my home theater setup through the Sonos 2 App. My music source is from an Apple Subscription with the highest resolution enabled. I also listen to the home theater setup and apple music directly through the Apple Music app and the Sonos S2 app with my Sonos Ace headphones which are not connected by any cable. Can you please try to determine what i

Can you pair 3 Sonos move 2 speakers together?
My Sonos roam was working perfectly fine a couple days ago and now it is showing a flashing red light. I have tried to charge it and I have switched out the chargers and it is still happening. The speaker will connect to my phone and other devices and it will tell me that the music is playing but no sound comes out.
I have just purchased a second Play1 to pair with my original one. No problem playing them individually but pairing just will not happen. I get the message saying pair with the same model, well they are!
Primary Sonos one was disconnected for a time. Now cannot report or reboot it. Help
Why are my 300s coming on by themselves???????
Hi. My sub 3 will not connect to the ERA 100s I have. I have three of them in my kitchen. It connected ok with two but now I am struggling since adding the 3rd. Thanks
A while ago I upgraded from Era 100’s to 300’s in my living room and I am now trying to swap an old Sonos speaker for one of the 100’s. It now says that I have a “Living Room 3” set up and that my “Office” no longer has something connected. How do I delete the 100 from whatever room it is trying to be in to reassign it to another room that used to have a different speaker assigned to it?
I love the sound the Sonos products produce. I hate the software that runs it.It’s always a problem getting my speakers to connect to the Sonos software. Always jumping through way too may hoops to accomplish it.Today, a new problem. Just wanted to play some music. Get a message that I have to re-authorize my Apple Music account.I do that.Still can’t connect to my speakers.
Is there another method to reboot Beam (Gen1) if the standard one of unplugging and waiting doesn’t work? I’ve done it several times and still not seeing the green flashing light. It’s solid white. Thanks!
