Can anyone help get me to the upgrade page? I keep getting directed to my account settings page when I click on the “Upgrade Page” link on the Sonos site. 

I don’t think I can set a link. Log in to your account at www.sonos.com, then go to your account and look at your devices. If there are upgrades available, there should be a link on that page.

Alternately, go to Sonos’ sales page, and log in to your account. Available upgrades should be added when you add something to your cart.

For what it is worth, the Beam gen 2 is a current speaker, I’m pretty sure there is no ‘upgrade discount’ available on it.

After performing your advised steps, there isn’t an upgrade for my Beam(2). Thank you for your help! I was getting a little frustrated the other night because nothing was popping up. I see why now. 


It doesn't matter which SONOS speaker has an upgrade offer, the upgrade discount can be used on any purchase/speaker.

For example, I have an SL speaker that triggers a 15% discount and I can use it on Arc Ultra, Sub 4, etc.

The upgrade just needs to be activated before you add a speaker to your cart.

 

 


Oh wow! I will try this today! Thank you Peter. My family and I are moving from a 987sqft house to a 1,798sqft house. So you can imagine the difference in living room size. The beam(2) will not be sufficient enough for this new home. I would like to use the beam(2) (which I have had only a year) as leverage for discounts. Your attached photos are a big help too.
