What have you tried? Have you seen this? https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network

A “live” network port will cause one port light to be steady and the other will flash. However, the network configuration may prevent your phone from communicating with other devices on the network. This is a common situation with rented spaces that provide WiFi. Phones and such can use the Internet, but not local devices cannot communicate with each other and this is required for SONOS.

If this is your situation, you can bring a “travel router”. The travel router can connect to the house WiFi and provide wired and wireless connectivity for devices that you bring.
