I am not able to get any sound out of my speakers when playing from Itunes in Windows 10.  The Airplay supported Move 2 speakers do show up in Itunes and I checked them to be used but no sound comes out.

This is a second question:

I also can not get my Itunes playlist to show up in the Sonos App “Imported Playlist” folder.  Nothing is in the but y itunes library has many playlists.  I have recently indexed my library in Sonos and, of course, my itunes file folder has been shared. It does index with no errors.

Hello @gbarr56, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues listening to your Music Library via AirPlay from your Windows PC to your Sonos Move 2.

This is occurring when using AirPlay from iTunes of a Windows PC to three specific Sonos products, the Sonos Move 2, Sonos Era 100 and Sonos Era 300.

As a workaround and if possible, start playback to a Sonos product other than those impacted, if you have one, then group in the Sonos Move 2.

Thank you for reporting this to us. We are investigating the issue and do not currently have an ETA on when this will be fixed.

I will make sure to reply to this thread with an update, when I get one.

I hope this helps.
