Two systems

Hi , 

Set up a full system for a friend recently then set up an another Beam Gen 2 yesterday for him. Added the Beam to the system and it asked for a “sign in from owner”  When I signed in he gave me a different email address and the same password. The system now works in both areas together by linking them or not but one room (beam) has voice control and the main room doesn’t. Both work through the app. We’ve reset passwords etc but no luck. It’s like it’s two different set ups with different login details. Every time I try to do something on the app it’s asking for sign in. 
Should I delete both accounts or add another system and forget existing system? Haven’t set these up in a while.
