I have a pair of Era 300s in my “living room” and a Roam SL in the “bedroom” However, the Roam are displaying in my wife’s S2 app, but not mine The Eras are displaying in my S2 app, but not my wife’s After a rough day of troubleshooting, I don’t know how to fix this. Do you know how to merge these so that both speakers are displaying on both our apps?
I was able to get my Sonos Move back online, but I can’t get the rest of the system back online. I have unplugged the playbar, reconnected and plugged in an ethernet cable. It flashes white, then goes to solid white, then I go through the Product Set Up and select Playbar, press and release the two buttons that make it flash orange, and then it finally goes to solid orange. I just don’t know how to get my system back online and I’m so frustrated. Any advice is appreciated!
This is a silly question but I will ask.Which way around should the pole end cap face for the Sonos ERA 300 Speaker stands. There is a notch for the cable to pass through. Does the notch go over the cable channel or does it face the direction of the rear of the speakers. Also does the wide part of the cable fit into the channel or does the thing edge go into the channel.Thank you to everyone who can provide me with the answer.
Good day all. Can you help us. I’m 70 years old and struggling to get my S1 to work/connect to my new WI-FI. We have 3 other units which do work ok. All I get is Orange, Green Or White flashing lights but can not get past this. I have done full resets but no joy. thank you.
Hi, I’m new to all this Sonos gear so bear with meI’ve bought a Sonos 5 and now want to get a couple of Sonos 1’s and Gen 3 Sub that will all exist in one room.My question is, can I create a stereo pair with the 1’s whilst they’re in the same group as the Sub and 5 which will not be in a pair?Thank you
I have a problem with TV bluetooth audio. Bluetooth is connected but without any sound. This issue started from yesterday, before it was working for many months. With other devices like PC or mobile phone it is working. TV is working with other bluetooth speakers too. Any ideas? Thank you

I am looking for a midrange speaker for my sonos play5 gen 1 speaker. Is it possible to buy the speaker on sites?thanks
I have 4 Play:1 speakers - 2 on my covered deck and 2 in my family room. We just finished an addition and want to add speakers and a sound bar to my existing Play:1 set-up. First question, is it possible to build on the Play:1 speakers? They are nearly 5 years old. Second question is if I can build on this, what product would be compatible? And finally, if compatible, can all speaker play throughout the house and deck simultaneously? Thanks
This topic is older and might not have the most up to date information. Please click here to see a list of more topics around the same subject. My Sonos sub worked fine until I did a simple unplug to move the cord around a different table leg. The last trick I tried was powering down all of my playbar, two S One surrounds, unrelated Play5 and Move so that I could ensure there was no lingering Wi-Fi after power cycling my router. Then once joining the private network of the sub, same problem. No green light, so pressing the flashing “white” button or alternating “white/amber” button is not recognized. Sub simply will not enter into green light status. Yes I powered down the router during many stages of this process and no joy. This never used to be this difficult. What’s going on Sonos?
Hi I think my playbar is failing internally wired or wireless after a few hours audio dropouts then goes offline and no sound in app no white light on front of bar when tv remote pressed white light on side still on needs powercycle to resolve latest diagnostic while online is 134246477 John
I have relatively simple system. Two Connects, three Play 3s and two Play 1s. All are wired and work seamlessly If I add another Play 1 on wifi (the only wifi Sonos product) it plays perfectly well. However if I wire it (like all my other Sonos components) my entire home network crashes and I have to disconnect the wire for the new Play 1 and reboot the network. Can anyone explain what the issue is?
I have an older model Sonos that will not connect in my new apartment. I am trying to do it wirelessly as I do t have a plug for wired. The system is not finding my Sonos. The speaker will not flash green only white or orange. I have tried to reset and reboot but nothing is working.
Hi,Feature Request:Will it be possible to connect the new Era Speakers to Android, Windows etc. using USB audio instead of Line-In via adapter? This could result in better audio quality as well as less latency :)Regards
Era 100: Can the speaker be turned and of manually, or do you always have to use the app?
Ok, I’m getting crazy. I have approximately 12 Sonos speakers, that decided to create a bunch of different Sonos Systems. I have 4 systems total on my network. I tried to unplug everything (modem, router, etc.) and replug in order, but it’s still not working. Is there a way to fusion those different networks in a single one? If now, what else can I do? One of the really frustrating thing is that some of my pairs are now on seperate network.
Hello, fairly new to Sonos products. I recently purchased a second hand Play:3 in the hopes that I would be able to airplay music through my phone to it like I can with my Play:5 speakers.I then learnt that I can only play music through the Sonos S2 app which isn't as smooth when playing music as I'd like. I then purchased a bridge as that is what my short research led me to believe will fix my issue. Downloaded the S1 app but it is unable to find the bridge when I go to set up a new system Both components have been reset and I have tried every option that seems possible to me Am I missing something vital here? Am I able to run my system with just the Play:3 and the bridge?

My Sonos move started disconnecting from the network and I had to factory reset several times. The Arc and Five have been unaffected. Now Move will not even turn on. Have moved charger to different outlet with no change. The charging light goes on when you first put it charger then immediately turns off? Had it died? Just under three years old
SONOS just did a forced update and my 2 speakers now cannot play the same music, they only work as separate devices. This is after multiple router reboots and device reboots. I’ve already been trouble shooting for an hour and I do not have time to continue, SONOS, WHYYYYYYYY???????
one by one my Sonos Play 1 speakers have been dropping off my network and then simply refusing to reconnect. They are all older models but have always worked flawlessly. It dawned on me that the problems started when I switched from one mesh network (Plum Pod) to a newer (faster) TP Link Deco system. in reading through the materials here, I’m a bit confused about a couple of things; Is it possible to get my Sonos speakers all working together on this mesh system? some things I’m reading make it sound like I need to disable the mesh capabilities, which is not an option as I need it for coverage around my house. Would sacrificing one of the speakers as a hard-wired unit (to create a separate Sonos network fix the problem? I’ve read that this won’t work if there are multiple wireless routers in a mesh network (which is my configuration) would adding a Boost solve the issue? What other options are there? My Play 5 is still working (though it frequently drops and reconnects while pla
I just purchased a SONOS MOVE 2 and finished the set up. I initially was able to group with my ARC and SUB, I then played music from a streaming service an later listened to a book using blue tooth. I can no longer group the MOVE 2 to the ARC and SUB grouping. I receive an” Unable to group, try again later.” I verified that I do not have the MOVE connected to blue tooth and it is still connected to WIFI.what should I try?
We got a new modem and now we can't connect with our Sonos any help would be awesome
