loosing stereo when adding a sub

When ever I add a sub mini to my one/onesl stereo pair. I loose the stereo pair and one of the pair doesn’t play.

What are each products SNR level, as shown in your Sonos App? See this link:

Perhaps try to get their SNR signal to a strength of 45dB or higher, that’s if they are currently below that level, by moving them closer to the main router. Also try moving the Sub-Mini closer to the stereo pair. If you have any ‘other’ WiFi access points/extenders etc; then switch those off, so that all just connect to your main router and see if that resolves your issue.
