Use 2 Era 300 speakers both as a stereo set and solo

We have 2 era 300 speakers in one room, with a dining and living area. So sometimes I would like to use the dining device as a solo device and sometimes I would like to have a stereo experience in the room. How can I easily switch between a stereo set and a solo set in one room?

There is no way to easily break a stereo pair. All you can do is go into the app, select the room with the stereo pair and select remove. You would have to go through the pairing procedure again to bring the speakers back together as a stereo pair.

Actually it’s very quick and easy to pair and unpair a stereo set. It’s bonding and unbonding home theatre satellites that takes an age.

Obviously Trueplay needs to be redone.

Maybe quickest to go the balance settings in equalizer and slide to the left/right if it is for non-critical listening
