I cannot get my One SL to show in the app. I’ve followed the instructions a few times but after it joins my network I get a message saying it may not show in system and to unplug and finish set in the app. But I am not getting anywhere with this. Anyone got any tips? 

Try temporarily connecting the One SL to the router with an ethernet cable to finish the setup process.


Thanks. Tried that too. On chat with Sonos support diagnostics and they couldn’t get it join on WiFi. Connected thru Ethernet. So I’ll need to call support next week and try again. Frustrating when things aren’t how they are supposed to be. Oh well…


Have you tried to go in the app under support, then find missing products?
