I have 7 speakers and a Port, with two Play:1 stereo pairs. Sometimes one half of one of the pairs will fall out of sync when I’ve got all of them grouped. I read that it could be a communication issue and it might help to change the channel to 1, 6, or 11, but I have an eero router and it won’t allow me to change (or even see) channels. I’m curious what the diagnostic shows, and if there’s anything else I could try. The number is 833655845.

 

You’d be best off calling Sonos support, they don’t have a regular presence here on the community forums. It may be seen but no promises.
