I’ve just purchased an Indoor/Outdoor set (Era 100 and Move), I plan on getting a second Era 100 to set up together eventually, just didn’t do it right away due to the cost. My question is, could I have 2 Era 100 in sync with my Move? I’m not concerned with stereo sound. I just want the two era 100 playing inside and the move outside when I have people over. Thanks in advance!
I would like to use my Eras 100 as a speaker for my Mac Studio.Since I want to avoid delays, I would like to use the line-in on the ERAS 100. Bought a USB-C to 3.5mm adaptor from Apple, but it’s not working.Do I need the SONOS dongle absolutely? Is there something unique about the SONOS version? I don’t think the Mac Studio has a “pre-amp” but I am not sure. Will it work once I have the proper dongle or I will be limited by my Mac Studio output capacity?
Hey everyone,I just bought a pair of ERA 100 Speakers that I want to put on wallI also bought the dedicated wall support but I’m wondering if I can rotate the speakers 90° just like below :I think the speakers pretty heavy and i’m scared it fall, is it possible ?
Hi, I am using 2x Era 100 as stereo pair connected to my PC via Bluetooth. I’d like to add a Sub mini to this pair. Will this system work for Bluetooth streaming via PC/Mac? Sonos website mentions that the Sub Mini does not support Bluetooth. I know I could add them as a system on Sonos app and airplay music, but I am not sure if it will work with BT.
I have a Sonos sound bar, subwoofer and 2 speakers that I purchased in late 2016 in the US. I’ve just moved to the UK and I’m hearing that components ‘should’ be able to be used here in the UK but I want to confirm that before I try plugging them in and connecting them. How can I determine what models I have, and if they are or are not able to be used here in the UK?
I have three zones. Somehow the app got scrambled, misidentifying each zone. How do I reprogram the app? Thanks
Can’t you just use Sonos speakers as speakers? No internet involved just plane old speakers.
Hi, is there any way to permanently link a set of Sonos Ones with a Roam (which I am using as a bridge to play a Bluetooth-only source onto my Ones)? Currently, the transition between playing a streaming-source (which makes use of all the speakers turned on) and playing the bluetooth device is not so seamless as the Roam automatically gets ungrouped from the Ones every time it detects the bluetooth source and I have to re-group them manually.I thought I would just be able to add the Roam to the same “Room” as the Ones, but the “Living Room” doesn’t appear as an option when I try to assign a room to the Roam (a new room called Living Room 2 gets created automatically).I set up this system for my uncle who has a disability so it’s kind of hard for him to remember all the steps and scenarios. Many thanks

I have Trueplay setup, but I also would like a second sound profile. I notice when I manipulate the EQs, it affects my Trueplay sound. Is there a way to have one profile be just Trueplay and the other a completely different sound profile?
Do all wireless speakers require a plug in to a wall outlet for power. Are there any battery options and if so how do they perform
My twelve year old daughter has discovered vinyl and we’d like to get a turntable. We have the FIVES with the SUB. Can anyone share a good turntable we could get and how to connect it to the system? Thanks for your help!

I have a stereo pair of two Fives at one end of a large open living and dining area. At the opposite end of the space is an open kitchen, and I would like to improve the sound on the kitchen end of the space. Does it make sense to add a single Era 300 in the kitchen? Thank you!

Hi - I have three pairs of ceiling speakers with one amp for the kitchen and rooms directly connected to them. Currently in the kitchen the speakers are about 6 feet apart. My question is - is that too close? What issues arise if the speakers are too close to each other?
Hi -We have a multi-room setup (rooms close together) that operates mostly as one living area but I’d like to have the option of turning one room’s volume down occasionally. Our setup is three pairs of Sonance ceiling speakers and one Sonos amp. The wires in the ceiling are in a series with just one wire feeding back to the amp. Therefore separate amps means opening walls back up and I’d like to avoid this.I heard that impedance matching volume controls is an option. However, can I just tie one control to one pair and leave the others without the matching volume control? Basically I’d use it for the dining room and can turn that room down while leaving the other two rooms at normal volume.Lastly, the other question is whether I can pair two ceiling speakers (not in the dining room) with another Sonos portable speak for the dining room and therefore could either turn it down or off if needed. Thanks for your help!

I’ve recently moved to a new ISP, Heybroadband, which offers full fibre 2.4g and 5g WiFi. I am struggling to get my Sonos one’s to connect to the new network. Any ideas? I keep going round in circles with the app seeing the WiFi accepting the password but then saying the network was not joined help appreciated s
Hi all. I have just moved some of my Sonos Play1 speakers back to my home from my recreation home. They are on the same router they were before I had moved them initially. At my other home they were running on S1 but I am trying to set them up on S2. Here is what I have tried unsuccessfully:Download S2 app under my existing accountReset Play 1 per instructionsFollow all set up instructionsI have tried both with wifi and hard wired to my router. The Play 1 seems to go through all the motions with light turning green etc. but in the end it tells me connection unsuccessful and no more help :). It also isn’t registering my Play 1 with my account. It seems to me like an issue of it trying to use my other router but I have even tried hard wiring to my router.I am wondering if I should set up a separate SONOS account but haven’t tried that. Thanks for reading and hopefully one of you veteran SONOS folk can help out.PS:The router I am using in my new home is an ActionTek, same as in my o
Hi,So I can play tracks on Spotify to my Sonos Symfonisk speakers no problems. However, on the Sonos app I get the error message 701. Have turned off router etc but nothing. Incidentally, the error also occurs on the Phonos paid for Windows app.
I recently purchased an Era 100, am super excited to upgrade from my current Play but the rest of my house (5 devices) is S1.It doesn’t appear that I can downgrade the firmware on the Era to be S1 compatible, and only can use the S2 controller software (which weirdly couldn’t find the thing, though the S1 software did). This might be ok, except I need the Era to sync to the music being played on the rest of the devicesCan you please tell me how to sync this player to my current S1 system? Obviously replacing the entire S1 system isn’t an option. Thanks,
