I connected two Play 3 speakers to an existing Sonos Amp system, all are S2. The speakers were purchased together, one updated fine, the other did not and will not.  Things I have tried based on similar problems found in the community:

-Connect the speaker via ethernet cable

-Connect the speaker directly to the router

-Reboot the router

-Factory reset the speaker

-Disconnect the working Play 3, factory reset again, try adding again (same error)

All are on the same network.  Diagnostics 832690832

Edit:  I have also used a static address and using DNS of 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8

Thank you

Seems like you’ve already done the things this community would normally suggest. I suspect it is time to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
