I have never had a problem in years with my sonos and all of a sudden in the last few weeks its been a headache. I initially could see all my devices on my app, but when going to play music, it would show as if it was playing but no sound.  So I reinstalled the app, no luck. I factory reset each item and still when I go to add it, it fails at the updating stage with the exclamation mark and try again. Cannot finalize the connection.  I now have a dead system and have tried unplugging all items and the router for 15 min and then pluging the sonos back in. Nothing is working. Both the computer app (mac) and the iphone.  I keep getting 1067 and 1066 errors and try again when trying to update. I am at my wits end. Any one have the same issues? Thoughts?

Once again, Radioplayer is no longer working after the Sonos update on October 6th.... This is really annoying!!!!!!!!

Contemplating updating my old Connect to a Port in order to get Spotify Lossless. Will I be able to get lossless audio on Spotify directly from the Sonos app? I really don't want to have to use the Spotify app, which is what I have to do with the Wiim Ultra I'm using on another system.

Has anyone had issues with a sub gen 2? I disconnected it (was working).  I moved it to another room however when I connected to power in a new room the light did not turn on.  I cannot connect it to my system either. I tried resetting however the light does not work.  Did my Sub just die?

I have 3 Sonos play 1 speakers. all the same. Same lan network, same wifi connection, same Sonos system. Sonos OS: S2. Version 17.2.1 (Build 86.1-70070). Hardware version: 1.20.1.6.-1.2They are on the same subnet. Same Wifi SSID. All were purchased at the same time and used to work just fine. I can Airplay to one but not the other two. What am i missing?

I recently changed my router and reset all my sonos equipment. Everything works except my Port. I can't get any music to play from Pandora. Any idea what's wrong. I purchased the system in 2021.

S1 suddenly saying 4 of 7 speakers are incompatible.  2x Play:5 & Connect:Amp ok.Playbar, Sub & 2x Play:1 now incompatible.  Was all working fine yesterday.

I have just setup an arc ultra and have added my existing fives as surrounds…..my question is when I play Spotify, all speakers, arc and fives play music…..I don’t want that, I just want the music to come out of the fives

Hi, is it possible to play my iTunes through my play5 Gen 1 speaker?

i can't use voice control on Sonos move 2 with my android phone

So if I play Spotify through my TV app it sound will go through all my speakers Arc and One SLs. But if I play Spotify through my Sonos App only sound will pass through my Arc and sounds light any ideas?

Recently got the Arc Ultra with 2 Era 300s for surrounds and a Sub Mini and just couldn't get the sound right, it was just off no matter how much I fiddled around. Not so much an issue for TV where there's hardly any Atmos stuff on offer anyway really, but a major issue for music as I listen to heaps of Atmos music via the Apple Music app.So I ran a Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 calibration track and wow, both the height and surround levels were *way* too loud with the volume sliders set to zero in the app. Like, quite ridiculously so. Sound from the height speakers was 2-3 times as loud as from the front with Height Volume set to zero. When I turned the sliders all the way to the *minimum* possible (minus 10 for height, minus 15 for surround) everything became much more balanced although the front surrounds are still a bit too loud. Listening to Atmos source material sounded so much better after that.Is this a known issue or is my Arc Ultra faulty? Wondering if I need to contact CS.

Hi. I have a constant problem connecting the sonos ace to the sonos beam gen 2. The headphones connect only once, after a complete restart of both devices and then never again. I don't know what to do, the app keeps writing me an error and asks me if I have both products turned on, even though the app itself clearly sees that both are on and connected. On its own, everything works without any problems, just connecting the headphones to the soundbar using the volume control button or the app constantly reports an error. Thank you for the adviceHi. One of my ZonePlayer ZP120s has started buzzing and crackling through the speakers.I’ve swapped it with my other one and there is no fault and the faulty one connected to the good ones speakers has the buzzing fault so it’s the amp itself that is faulty.I’m in the UK is the Amp repairable locally or does it have to be returned to Zonos in the USA?Can I buy a new one my system is still gen one, so i’d need a compatible product.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to be completely sure about this, otherwise I will likely return my speakers. I have 2 era 100's and a Beam Gen 2 in a bedroom. I bought these speakers so I could group them together and play the same audio from my TV through all speakers. I don't want to use them as surround sound. The era 100s have been cutting in and out when using the TV, but not if I play music through my phone via the Sonos app. The nice gentleman in Sonos chat said I'm unable to group with TV audio. Something about the beam having to sync and relay tv audio to the era's causes the drop outs. Is this correct? I've seen others here say they put speakers in separate rooms that play TV audio, so I'm just a bit confused. Thanks!

I am experiencing issues with Spotify Connect on my Sonos speakers, and I would like your assistance in resolving the problem. Below are the details:Problem DescriptionI can successfully play music on my Google Nest devices using Spotify Connect. However, when I try to play music on my Sonos speakers, nothing happens. On my computer, the Sonos app works as expected, and I can control the speakers. However, I cannot use Spotify Connect to play music even from the Spotify desktop app. Interestingly, when I tested Spotify Connect with my Sonos speakers at a different location using my phone, it worked perfectly. This suggests the issue may be related to my home network setup. My SetupRouter: ASUS RT-AX5400 All devices (Sonos, phone, and computer) are on the same network. Both the Spotify and Sonos apps are up to date.Troubleshooting Steps Already TriedRestarting all devices, including my router, speakers, phone, and computer. My speaker was connected and working fine a month ago, when I tried to use it again recently it wasn't letting me connect. I tried to go into settings but it was telling me I wasn't the system owner (I am and this is my only email connected to sonos)?I tried rebooting the speaker completely disconnecting it for 30 seconds etc etc so I could just connect it to a new system- which I did but now it's giving me an error (1067 NOT 1066) saying it can't update my speaker. I haven't found any details on this error or how to even begin to fix it.

I have an issue where my Arc setup starts resetting its volume to 15, and won’t go past 15. It happens when audio is being sent via my BenQ TK860 projector. It happens every now and again, and rebooting/reinstalling hasn’t fixed it. I’ve read several posts that this could be a sign of device failure, and I should reach out to Sonos support.I started a chat and was directly told that Sonos “does not support projectors” - is this true? The projector has a standard eARC HDMI output. I can’t find any reference on the Sonos website that projectors are not supported, only that you need eARC.ThanksTom

Hi, I lost sound the other night from my beam. I turned the TV on and off and it came back for 5 mins but has now stopped again. I have checked all settings, factory reset the TV and beam. Changed the HDMI cable. The TV is seeing the beam as I have the icons when I turn it up and down there is just no sound coming out. The TV works through internal speakers and the beam works if I stream to it. It is also seeing the TV as in the volume it says HDMI TV. I have turned everything on and off and now I am just at a loss. Could the TV just not be putting out sound?

How to configure a SSD music library on my home network

All TuneIn podcasts suddenly loop over the initial TuneIn ad and won’t continue onto the podcast

My current set up is Sonos Arc, Sub Mini and 2rear one SLs as surrounds. Thinking of upgrading to Sonos arc ultra and 2 era 300 as surrounds but not sure if too much or would upgrading soundbar be enough. Looking for some advice. Thanks

The system continually defaults to the bedroom which is the room I use the least. I always have to switch it back to living room before I can listen in the living room. How can I fix it so that it does not default to the bedroom? Do I always have to Go and choose the room I want to listen to even though I want it to default to the living room or whichever room I was using last?

Is it just my system or has the fade out facility when listening to a playlist disappeared.  Surely not? I think it enhances the listening experience if one song fades into another.ThanksTag

Apple Music recently released 6 live radio stations. Up until recently, I had no problem streaming them over Sonos. Something changed, and now when I try to play the stations, I get a “not encoded properly” error.Tried re-authorizing Apple Music, tried rebooting all devices, etc. Nothing works.Any hints?
